Any ideas?
I’m taking vitamin D at the moment, someone says I should take
probiotics
and be gluten free.

Mannitol and why some may not respond
Give the gut the appropriate
probiotics
for butyrate production and give the prebiotic mannitol with it. Butyrate seems to be a very potent and active SCFA that should not be minimalized in any way whatsoever! Just some food for thought! Art

Long story short had (I thought) a recent break through with use of a probiotic and my symptoms improved massively. Some days my bowl habits were completely normal some days a little wind and still waking a little early for a bm but no where near as badly. Anyway yesterday and again today I'm back to

Could it be your gut keeping you awake at night?
The benefits of
probiotics
for the gut are well documented. A recent study from scientists at the University of Colorado, published in Frontiers of Behavioural Neuroscience, suggests that prebiotics could have a significant effect on the quality of non-REM and REM sleep.

Raised platelet gradually from 21 to 222
He was also given a daily dose of vitamin C and
probiotics
. And to top it all, prayers from loved ones 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 *I am not claiming that this diet is indeed the reason for his raised count. But I truly believe that a healthy diet and lifestyle helped and contributed a lot.

Antibiotics
Tried
probiotics
without success. My gut seems to cramp so easily, although is starting to be less gassy. Lactose free milk is great but really struggling for a balanced diet. Peas I have discovered are not a good idea Any advice would be grateful. Thank you

Kefir and antibiotics.
The pharmacist (who I deal with all the time and trust) reminded me I should be on
probiotics
and showed me a brand from the store. But I didn't want to buy a strange brand off the shelf. I also don't trust kefir made in the US because of the cows here. (Don't like US cows-how unpatriotic!

Probiotics during treatment
I was wondering if anyone had “luck” w/ taking
probiotics
or if there’s doctors out there who have relevant info pointing to NOT taking them. I wanted to start my father on a probiotic (or synbiotic). Right now he’s waiting for radiation & currently had a Firmagon shot.

We’ve tried increasing fluid, prune juice, pear juice,
probiotics
, extra fibre etc but not much has helped. I guess I’m looking for some success stories as I feel we’ve got a long journey ahead of us. Thanks. Xx
