Hypo, hashi and needing exercise advise please.
Im taking supplements Liver support Magnesium Selenium B12 Iron ( with vit c) DHEA
Probiotics
My questions. Should I feel good on this lot?! I wake up exhausted and have very little energy all day. My brain fog devastates me. What exercise should I do and not do?

I have posted a month or so ago about
probiotics
, especially alflorex. Well having tried alflorex for 4 weeks I felt it wasnt helping at all. So went back to the multivitamin pill I have been taking for years which has
probiotics
in along with vitamins.... multibionata.

Ibs + Citalopram - advice needed
I also take
probiotics
and thought they played a major part in me feeling better. Calling for a docs appointment tomorrow anyway as I can't go on feeling like this in work its making me feel down and I feel sick about the possibility of this being my life again.

Confused by what vitamins &/or supplements are best for COPD
I've been taking Vitamin d3 with k2(mk7) as suggested but I've been researching other vitamins as well, e.g. magnesium and supplements e.g.
probiotics
, and I've spent hours and hours surfing the net for best combinations and getting way too carried away with it all.

Probiotics with TB treatment?
Does anyone know if you can take
Probiotics
with the TB treatment? As the TB treatment is so strong and it kills all the good bacterias along the bad ones I would think it would be good to take
probiotics
. Thank you.

Holland and Barrett Probiotic
I've recently swamped my probiotic to a very small (1/4 dose) of the above probiotic that has 20 billion bacteria in it. Not sure whether it's this but I've been getting really bad stomach pains (last night awake for 3 hours) dry eyes, headaches - sure I've had this before without these symptoms but

Especially for any hypothyroid folks on here: Are Your Digestive Issues Related To Your Thyroid? — SIBO and Hypothyroidism
Probiotics
(supplements, fermented foods) *Research shows that Rifaximin coupled with fiber, and quality
probiotics
have a better outcome than Rifaximin alone. Note that one does NOT want to overkill bacteria, but rather eradicate some and then focus on rebalancing.

Virus
Morning all day 5 of a ‘flu’ like virus. I’m still feeling dreadful coughing and spluttering etc. I’m an asthmatic so have doubled my inhalers. I have hasimotos and CFS and struggling with everything . Can’t get in to see a GP, my private endo cancelled an appointment I had with him in March 13th and

Mannitol and why some may not respond
Give the gut the appropriate
probiotics
for butyrate production and give the prebiotic mannitol with it. Butyrate seems to be a very potent and active SCFA that should not be minimalized in any way whatsoever! Just some food for thought! Art

Frustration
Long story short had (I thought) a recent break through with use of a probiotic and my symptoms improved massively. Some days my bowl habits were completely normal some days a little wind and still waking a little early for a bm but no where near as badly. Anyway yesterday and again today I'm back to

Could it be your gut keeping you awake at night?
The benefits of
probiotics
for the gut are well documented. A recent study from scientists at the University of Colorado, published in Frontiers of Behavioural Neuroscience, suggests that prebiotics could have a significant effect on the quality of non-REM and REM sleep.
