Mamici's... BELIEVE it or NOT!
You know the drill; drink lots of water & cranberry juice, take
probiotics
, extra Vit-C… I thought I had it at bay, until I woke up yesterday morning and “OH BOY,” it was NOT at bay! The Doc confirmed, a full fledged, bona fide, raging UTI.

I'm a medical marijuana patient, have a zofran Rx, take prilosec for heart burn, take
probiotics
, and right now the only thing I'm talking for constipation is Emergen-C, because my medical marijuana dr recommended it because vitamin C helps move the bowels.

Leaky Gut: has anyone had this, and can give me some advice ?
-- I have been taking Glutamine for two weeks , but that hasn't really made much difference, and I'm changing my
Probiotics
. But I also notice in Isabella's book that NAC is good for gut permeability. Has anyone taken this ?

My doctor is listening!
hello everyone, you might remember that I've been suffering from serious digestive problems (probably due to my PA) with no improvement on
probiotics
or medication. I've also developed problems with shortness of breath, extreme fatigue and depression.

Vaginal irritation that isn't Thrush
Can anyone help? I started with itchy symptoms 2 months ago and I thought it was Thrush. I took the oral tablet which usually works straight away, but 1 week later I was still itchy. I took another oral capsule but got the Cannesten one this time. One week later, still no improvement. I took the advice

Underactive thyroid and itching symptoms
On my previous post omitted to say I take a Calcichew vit D daily, a probiotic capsule, curcumin and selenium. Also I have been following a gluten free diet for around 8 years now.

L-Glutamine, friend or foe for undiscovered tumours? Indigestion feeling in throat, other supplements I could try?
I take digestive enzymes and
probiotics
when I remember but it's now more difficult to fit more supplements in as I take two doses of T3. The symptom seems to be worse again after starting T3.

New Gastroenterologist prescribed Trulance (Plecanatide) 3mg tablets for IBS-C. Is anyone on this? Is it helping? Also wants Sphincter? Test
I told him Fiber did not work or
Probiotics
, but he still wants to add the awful Miralax, that I am not happy about. He gave me a 21 day sample of Trulance, not sure if my insurance will cover. Then he wants me to have an Anagram?

Supplement list
Sorry I've just realised a couple of people asked what supplements I take and I forgot to post! Basically to reiterate previous advice if you decide to take any supplements, you should really check with your Doc/Onc team especially if you are on any meds before taking supplements in case of a side effect

IBS is going to be the end of me
I am trying everything in my hands,
probiotics
(with little relief), hypnotherapy (no noticeable relief either), I'm even thinking about amitriptyline for the pain, but I have slight constipation derived from my diet, so it might make It worse. I don't know what else to do.

Worsening Constipation and Strange Tightness in Lower Left Rib
I have been taking
probiotics
from H&B for a few days but don't know if they will help. Glycerol suppositories can make me go a bit if I can even remove them from their packaging in the first place. Peppermint oil hasn't got rid of the sensation.
