Not much energy
I've had CLL for almost 10 years on watch and wait. I had low energy for a couple of years before I was diagnosed, but it has become much worse over the last 2 or 3 years. I also catch any virus going and even a cold drags on for 7 or 8 weeks leaving me feeling more as though I have flu than a cold.

Gluten free and sourdough bread.
When I was first diagnosed with RA, I tweaked my diet significantly and one of the main changes was eating less gluten, which is better for inflammation. I have come up with a really good recipe so thought I would share... You don’t need to knead it (good for sore hands) and it doesn’t use yeast either

Stressed Out about Health
I take
probiotics
daily to help my gut as well, I’m not as active as I wish I was, but I don’t consider myself unhealthy at all. Last Friday, I woke up with a tad twinge of pain in my right lower back, around my kidney. At first I didn’t think anything of it, but then my health anxiety took over.

I dont go to the doctor as I should but I do maintain a healthy diet and take
probiotics
, multivitamins, and suppliments. As I know I should see a doctor- I do plan on scheduling a visit asap. If anybody can give me some insight in the meantime, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Someone with experience in electroconvulsive therapy and being a patient with OCD refractory to pharmacotherapy?
In all I have searched other outlets in alternative medicine, such as food took off gluten a month ago, I make use of coconut oil, I have not been able to remove from around the sugar, I must include again supplements vitamins and Minerals, as well as lactobasilos and
probiotics
, which we gave him in

How does what's in your gut affect your brain?
She sat down to chat about anxiety, depression, elusive fecal transplants, autism, epilepsy, kombucha promises, autoimmune disorders,
probiotics
and more. Alie fanned out pretty hard and asked all of the questions about how your beloved, simmering insides affect your brain.

ADHD "Cured"
Since the start of my transformation almost a year ago I've been taking Ultimate Flora brand
probiotics
; a cheapo brand from Wal-Mart, but it worked for months before falling off and I haven't moved up to a quality product because of tight finances.

What is the best probiotic to take?
There are so many
probiotics
on the market that I am not sure which one to take. Also the price can be expensive! Please let me know which probiotic you are taking and do you think they help with Afib?

Just read article that Kefir (drink) is better than Probiotic yogurt for IBS and IBS-C. Does anyone take this..is it helpful for IBS, IBS-C?
Hi, I have severe and chronic constipation, and nothing helps..nothing! I have tried it all. My last options are 2-3 stool softeners a day (Colace), and Senna once a week on Sundays which is an excellent laxative. But it disrupts my life, I have been on once a week Senna for about 8 years. Stool softeners
