Interesting article on probiotics and the gut-brain link.
It appears that an abundance of bad
probiotics
in the gut can help alpha-synuclein proliferate. The key then would be to eat a lot of dietary fibre to feed the good
probiotics
, take probiotic capsules, and also eat fermented foods.

Has anyone tried Hardy’s daily essential nutrients, Hardy’s inositol and Hardy’s greens and probiotics?
Then he started on Hardy’s daily nutrients, Hardy’s greens and
probiotics
and Hardy’s inositol and within days he had started to come right and now he seems very upbeat mentally.

Probiotics for thrush
I am considering
probiotics
and would love to know if anyone has used them to treat or prevent recurring thrush? If so, is it better to take oral lactobacillus acidophilus tablets or to eat yoghurt? The pills aren't cheap but if they work better than eating yogurt i would buy them.

So, any ideas about this quite strict diet?
I have candida in my osepheagus, showed up on my endoscopy last week. I had lots of abs end of last year, 6 weeks in total which i am sure is the culprit as i had it in my moutnbut the daktarin took it away from there. I am cutting out sugar, as much as i can, no chocolate, biscuits etc and no carbs.

Nausea and IBS - is it common?
I've tried
probiotics
and more extreme things like fasting to no avail. I try not to eat at all if I'm at work. On a normal day I eat one slice of bread with butter in the morning and then I don't eat until I'm back home (where my lunch diet consists of many hardboiled eggs and raw vegetables).

Please could anyone help me interpret my latest blood test
Using B12 spray daily, Vit D, &
probiotics
to try and help myself, but still feel awful. Am not good at interpreting what’s going on, so would appreciate anyone’s help who can explain my results. GP says as I’m 65 so she doesn’t want to mess around with my thyroid medication.

My Years with IBS
I have tried numerous
probiotics
but some made no difference, others made me worse, and by trial and error, I have narrowed it down to Solgar multi billion dophilus as the best for me. Doesn’t stop my bouts totally but this does seem to help me with less frequent flair ups.

New to T3 but not new to Hashimotos
I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to advise me about taking T3. I have 25mcg so I did intend being very wary and taking one quarter for say 5 to 7 days and then perhaps upping it gradually. I am nervous as a functional medicine gp prescribed some NDT a couple of year ago, only a quarter

I think l need antibiotics rather just being told I have IBS
Probiotics
and diet changes haven't helped.
Probiotics
see to be making it worse. I'm on a low FODMAP and feel weak and nutrient deficient. Plus it's made no difference.

LPR / SILENT REFLUX worries
Probiotics
, aloe vera, slippery elm, DGL and more. I'm starting multibionta initially, I'm wondering if i should take more
probiotics
on top of the multibionta too. Anyway these are just things that are going round in my head. Any advice will be very gratefully received.

Excessive Gas, Popping feeling and noise, and pressure?
Ive tried switching out foods, not eating foods, activated charcoal, peppermint tea, gasX does literally nothing, dandelion root,
probiotics
, eating slower, taking breaks in between bites, drinking more water, drinking water slower. Everything you name, Ive tried and nothing helps or aids it.

Supplements
I think
probiotics
are just live cultures so would this interfere in any way with levothyroxine ?

Treatment for SIBO
I am due to have a consultation with the private practitioner I am seeing in about 3 weeks but I wondered whether anyone has experience of successfully treating SIBO and what you did - antibiotics,
probiotics
, diet, supplements or a combination?
