Frustration with IBS diagnosis - Could it be SIBO?
The first thing I did was try
probiotics
and that was when things went from bad to extremely bad. Since then I have lived on a restrictive diet which includes meat, eggs, potatoes, some greens. My ongoing symptoms occur when I have any food with fibre and/or sugary foods like fruit etc.

Sleep aid that seems to be working
Like a lot of us with a head injury, I suffer from sleep problems. I doze off intermittently at random times during the day and then at night time. I only have a few hours sleep. Over the years, I have tried all the usual advice - no drinks late at night, reduce "screen" time, dark room, cold room,

Can he use
probiotics
to restore his gut bacteria? Does anyone have any other solutions to help him with this. He's had so many other medical issues of late associated with his CLL and I feel so sorry for him that he's now got this to deal with in addition. Any advice would be much appreciated.
