What are the most needed supplements to take for PD?
My mom is on high dose B1 and we are actually starting to see improvements. She also takes D3, Coq10, magnesiums, vitamin c, collagen, b12, melatonin, probiotic and d manose. Is there anything that should be added or that she takes that isn’t necessary? What are your top supplements for PD?

Probiotics question
Has anyone tried All-Star Nutrition Bio-Heal
probiotics
? Seems to be geared towards gut-health and reducing inflammation to help with behavior. Just wondered if anyone had experience with it before I buy?

Normal result after abnormal EMMA test?
I was on a week of antibiotics followed by a week of
probiotics
with a retest today. Has anyone else had this, and if so did your result go back to normal after the retest? If not, what did you do then?

Two things that I have been told work well to help with slow bowels is lots of fibre, and
probiotics
like Actimel and Yakult, maybe Greek yogurt too. I have been using
probiotics
and an overnight oats breakfast for a year now, and it does seem to do the trick.

Thankful for you...
I wanted to take a few minutes to share my story. So many people here have been so generous sharing what has helped them and answering questions for me. For that, I am truly grateful. My story – my husband was first diagnosis in August, 2018. Age 55. Started with a tremor in his hand/arm. This

Wondering if anyone uses a probiotic? I’m in Ibrance and leterzol and find I feel so much better after a meal, so thought a probiotic might help absorb food and keep my energy a bit more even - thanks x
