Have tried
probiotics
and Colpermin. Has anyone tried Beano? I’m going to stay with a friend soon and am so worried about it as it’s so embarrassing. Does anyone else suffer the same thing?

miracle treatmen for IBSd
GPs over the years have only suggested Fybogel and
probiotics
which cost me £40 per month. I tried all sorts and types inc symprove , axis biotic and Alforex. I can’t tell you how life changing taking this miracle powder twice a day has change my life. In short I’ve got it back.

does anyone take Symprove? Really want to try it but it says I need to take a minimum of 2hrs away from thyroid medication, which just won’t work to me 😖

Has anyone incorporated
probiotics
into their diet and if so, were there any apparent benefits? I read a recent research study where it improved practically every liver function test, including our missing platelets.

What I did differently for this transfer, I took canesflor vaginal
probiotics
prior to transfer, as well as BioGaia gastrus tablets, buscopan on and after transfer date, we used embryo glue for the first time, and continued the daily prenatal vitamins (pregnacare) as well as Vitamin D supplement.

Probiotic to increase GABA and reduce glutamate
The study indicates that
probiotics
can be used safely to ameliorate glutamate excitotoxicity mostly through increasing depleted GABA and Mg2+ and decreasing the excitatory neurotransmitter, glutamate.

weight gain despite normal T3 levels
I just wanted to get advice on what could be causing this as I try my best to eat well and a balanced diet, take
probiotics
and Vitmain D supplement and my T3 levels appear to be high so I’m not sure what’s causing the weight gain. Any thoughts would be massively appreciated ? Thank you :)

Antibiotic therapy. Now I have severe insomnia
I began taking
probiotics
a couple of days ago, as I read that insomnia can occur when the gut flora are destroyed. The other possibilities are (a) brain tumor (b) brain damage (c) Thyroid dose too high (T3) (d) sFI (sporadic fatal insomnia - very rare).

Probiotic with Levothyroxine
I take my levothyroxine before bed, I’ve just read it’s more beneficial to take
probiotics
at night rather than in the morning. My question is would the probiotic interfere with my thyroid meds?

Confused
So, Instead of injecting once every 21 days, I thought maybe I should go back to when I started with loading doses 1 per week and a lot of
probiotics
for stomach.

Zoe program
He also said they use
probiotics
in Germany when prescribing antibiotics but we don’t because it’s ‘controversial’. I absolutely give up on them I really do. So I might give Zoe a go but it’s pricey so I thought I’d ask if anyone is using them.

Is this common? fatigue and joint pain / cold hands and feet
I feel fatigued all the time, even with good sleep, exercise, drinking lots of water, eating whole foods and
probiotics
— like this general feeling of unwell and tiredness. Is this normal?

Probiotics and Peak Flow Improvement
Hi folks, I want to share this experience I am having with taking
probiotics
, which has been hugely beneficial to me. I started taking
probiotics
to help my digestive system, which was constantly angry and uncomfortable and absolutely nothing to do with my asthma.
