Wanted to share my recent experience with load dosing and stress, etc.
I have been trudging along just pushing through wondering on a day to day bases if my kidney or heart are giving out or if I'm not taking enough
probiotics
. When in realty I just needed more B12. I don't understand why I need so much, but having so much is the only thing helping me.

Physical (not behavioural) causes for constipation?
I honestly thought constipation and soiling was in our past but sadly it’s become an issue again for my 7 year old. 😕 My daughter’s movicol dose has rapidly doubled, we’re back to toilet sits after breakfast and dinner yet she’s started to soil again, and we just seem to be swinging between big piles

Smoothies
My gut has settled a little. I started taking Alflorex plus probiotic &, with guidance from my dietician, we've been experimenting with my diet, basically low fodmap. I've found fruit & veg smoothies much kinder on my gut. I make them in my food processor (I don't have a smoothie maker) to ensure I get

Bloods advice pls -starting T3 combo
Morning everyone, hope you're good. 😁I'm getting ready to start t3 combo. There have been a few hiccups with thyroxine dosage/supply. So currently, my prescription of thyroxine has gone up to 87.5mcg, (was put down to 75 as they didn't stock 85) & 5mcg of T3. I just wanted to check in with you to

Use of Antibiotics
I blame my IBS on the constant use of antibiotics for urine infections. I haven’t taken any antibiotics for about 4 years now but have today been prescribed an antibiotic, Amoxicillin for a tooth infection. I’m now concerned about it making my IBS worse. I have it pretty well under control. I take a

Looking for PS 128.
I am hoping to locate PS 128 and at a more affordable price. Spouse has Parkinson's and I've read a lot about this probiotic. But finding it and at a reasonable price is difficult. Hoping for ideas. Thank you.

Help with test results
I am feeling a bit better, not so spaced out, no depression or dizziness. I stopped HRT in July. However, I do still get tired, have weight problems, have a swollen scalloped tongue, high cholesterol, goitre, tinnitus, joint stiffness. I am on 100mg Levothyroxine. I take B complex, B1, selenium

2 years today , no afib episodes
My last episode was a high stress move out of state 2 years ago. I'm 68. I've had afib for 10 years . Regular episodes every 6 months on average though more frequent in the early years before I got a proper diagnosis which took 3 years. I take flecainide , metoprolol , and Xarelto. No ablations. I'm

so many supplements, so much money - any advice for lowering the cost?
hi everyone, I’ve just added up how much I’m spending on ndt and supplements and it’s an awful lot of money. I wondered if anyone had advice on cheaper options or those they think are unnecessary. I’ve got hashimotos and have also been diagnosed with ME/ CFS - these are a mixture of things recommended

inflammation
In my case I think the common denominator in most if not all my current ailments from crohns disease to rosacea is inflammation. In November we are scheduled to do a Nile cruise ( ignoring the political tensions for the moment) and someone who has done it a few times has recommended taking a probiotic

Colic
Hey! First time Mumma here, desperate for some advice! My baby boy is 11 weeks old and is really struggling with ‘colic’ he had a missed tongue tie so had that released around 5 weeks old and I thought after that was done he may not take in as much air when feeding. For a short time, things seemed to

HEAL YOUR GUT! (..... many docs say that is WHERE PD comes from)
Many medical researchers and doctors have concluded that PD and other neuro diseases
START IN OUR GUT.
I believe that and that is why for
552 days I have been on the O.M.A.D.
(one meal a day with all calories eaten within a 2 hour window). I've lost about 50 pounds and I feel much better
