pregabalin and iron
Hello, I have tried googling if there is any interaction between pregabalin and iron but can’t find anything. I take an iron tablet due to low iron (morning and it has not helped) but will switch to iron bisglycinate at night after reading posts here. I stop eating at 6:30pm so I can take my pregabalin

I noticed something.
I have done many trials of different amounts and forms of B12. I went over my notes and it could be that when I switched forms there were positive effects when I overlapped forms in that I still had both forms in my blood stream. Emphasis on could be. I have decided to change my self-treating regiment

Hi there , could anyone tell me where to buy methylcobalamine or hydroxocobalamine for self injection. Thank you
I was diagnosed with PA 11 years ago and started to SI just a year ago. My GP will only give me a prescription for 6 vials of hyhydroxocobalamine a year. Could anyone advice me where I can purchase more . Thanks

At present a lot of mental discomfort with buzzing at the sides of my head /where I suspect the arteries

Hello, I'm 70 years old. Last week I had a vitamin B12 shot on Monday, and then on Tuesday I saw a hematologist because I wanted to rule out that I'm anemic. He ordered labs (they did them right there on site). A few minutes later, he said I was not anemic and was also probably not B12 deficient. (so

Ferritin success, anyone wishing to try the same ... especially if vegan
After years with ferritin scraping along bottom of the range it has at last risen, to nearly double and I thought others might like to know to see if the same works for you too. There are two things I have done (after prescribed ferrous fumarate did not resolve the problem), 1) I regularly take

My evaluation of which form of B12 is best.
The best form of B12 is not known. What is in fashion is different in different countries. Supply, what has been used before, difficulty storing, profit, etc. It is also the newest and that is often seen as better. Hydroxocobalamin is often touted as the best. The only justification is that blood tests

Escape from Augmentation
I have continued to make progress on my path to getting my dopamine receptors back to somewhere near normal. I last used a DA patch in September. I am using buprenorphine patches and pregabalin as RLS blockers to assist in the process. There is some improvement (perhaps 60%) in my sleep regime and in

update pins n needles in both thumbs
hi , after blood test results, it appears I am low on folic acid, so Dr. Has given me prescription for 3 months worth of f/a pills. After which I am to have another blood test. I’ve checked symptoms of folic acid deficiency and it kinda ties in with how I’ve been feeling lately. (Bet I guess we can

Elevated enzymes from my blood test
I’m new here and was wondering if anyone had the same experience as me. When I was sick with flu like symptoms I had my bloodwork done. It came back with elevated liver enzymes. Then about 3 mos later another test done by my GI dr and still elevated. I have no symptoms and am in good health; just

advice please b12/folate
Hi, So a few years ago I had a b12/folate deficiency. I had easy bruising, unexplained weight loss, funny sensations just to make a few. In the end I was really unwell and had Macrocytosis so I was started on loading doses of b12 (followed by injections every 3 months and folic acid. My levels went

Tirosint
I am unable to take tablet form levothyroxine, I have a gene issue with metabolising some medications. I have started liquid thyroxine but I think the ingredients are affecting my stomach and I have been told to stop taking this to see if it is the cause. I see that Tirosint is quite pure but not sure

Can you do subcut injection without pinching up skin?
Hello everyone! Previously, I have performed IM self injections. This has largely been fine and unproblematic, but a painful incident on the most recent attempt made me want to seek alternatives. I'm sure SC injections might be nicer for me as the needle is smaller and a lot of people on this forum

cellulite in legs related to thyroid?
I have been exercising the same as always and eating clean, but have recently suffered from a cellulite appearance in my legs (when pressing on the skin or walking you can see it only). I am wondering if it is in fact celulite or water refention, and whether it is related to my Hashimoto’s disease.

low ferratin
Afternoon all looking for some more advice. As previously said been feeling feeling terrible for about a year. Doctors thought that it was my low folate as my level was low. Got that level up to late teens and my b12 is high nearly 1500. my ferratin is 29 which is on the low side but my iron study

Calquence and decreased hemoglobin
Hi Everyone! I have been on Calquence for just about a month and had my first labs yesterday. Neuts were normal. Platelets were steady at 120. My absolute WBC was 106,000 from 43,000, but that was to be expected. However, my hemoglobin was 10.3 from 11.2. I know it's just a slight decrease, but
