Feeling discouraged :( Will I ever be fast(er)?
Could really do with a motivational
pep
talk from any ex-snails out there who have sped up with time/practice - before this downer makes me give up altogether!

Mind over matter...
I did slow down my pace but neverltheless I was
pep
talking myself.. along with Laura just at the right times... I was visualizing a finish line when I had a couple of seconds left and could only imagine how wonderful it actually must feel crossing a real one...

Remember to congratulate yourself!
I'd have to bolster my confidence all the way there, giving myself little
pep
talks and forcing myself through the door. On occasion, I'd just stand outside for a while, feeling too ill to walk inside. During these times, I'd always tell myself that I was ridiculous.

Needing a bit of pep talk and perspective.....
Good evening everyone, I am felling pretty down today so I thought I'd come on the forum to vent a little of my frustrations. I am not sure if someone would remember me. I posted last year about my asthma triggered for the 1st time ever in Cairo where I worked and the hard decision I had to make about

You are What You is
Until I got home it had been a positive day, Despite the “fat” tic kicking in unfortunately aimed at the head honcho CPN (these things tend to hurt me more than they hurt the recipient) I had a
pep
talk from them both telling me that I shouldn’t really worry about letting out tics and I agree with them
