New here, would love some reassurance!
I'm a stay at home Mum with two beautiful toddlers and trying to ensure my anxiety never affects them or interferes with my
parenting
is just exhausting. I've always had mild health anxiety but having children has made it 100 times worse it seems!

Hangover (not) from hell.
While the little one found a game we could play lying down (I had to choose which Moshi Monsters I wanted) before she snuggled under the blanket with me on the sofa and watched CBeebies (Okay so it's not great
parenting
but it was all I had to offer!).

Life through a lens of ... Aspergers
I had always found
parenting
extremely difficult, and the thing I have found hardest of all is keeping up with housework and maintaining the home in a reasonably habitable state.

our kids is different - and where we have to be more vigilant about our kids physical well-being.

My first running skirmish! Also, the 10k race? BRING IT!
Again, I've not been out running for a week due to
parenting
constraints and generally either being too busy or too tired. That's put my 10k training plan completely out of sync meaning I've got roughly 3 weeks to fit in 5 weeks worth of training. That ain't gonna happen.

I need some advice with parenting! PLEASE!
Hi, my 7 year old son has one particular tic which is causing problems. At least once a day, normally at home, where no one else can see him, he gets the urge to hurt me, either punch, kick, bite, scratch or pinch, mostly a combination of them all. I restrain him and sometimes manage to turn it into

Today wasn't meant to be :(
However, I went for a run last Sunday and then effectively took 4 days off as my wife was away and I was on

After all none of us were born patients and like
parenting
we seem to learn along the way. So I try to use my noodle such as it is to optimize my life and my care, hopefully. I apologize for the use of an acronym it is not to be all business like it is so I can actually remember!
