Feeling a bit lost - how to manage pain and moods?
As such, I have been told to take codeine and
paracetamol
daily and morphine when it is bad (which is a lot - the morphine is to enable me to walk as often times I am unable to stand now). Coping with the pain and how it affects my daily life has been having a significant effect on my mood.

Now just on 125g Bisoporil, aspirin and Ezetimibe (can’t take statins) so happy to finally be moving forward after 3 courses of antibiotics for my leg wounds (5) still need a second pillow, having to lie on my back and
paracetamol
at bedtime ( love side sleeping but not quite there yet!)

My medication is limited to levothyroxine for hypothyroidism as I can't tolerate other medications, other than occasional
paracetamol
, diazepam or asprin.

Waiting for biologicals to kick in!
I am on naproxen twice a day and codeine 4 times a day, also am taking
paracetamol
too. I am also using voltarol. I cannot use my wrist braces at work. I cook breakfast and wash the dishes, also clean fryers and prep food. Anyone has any tips on pain relief?

Hospital guest!
I know how short of beds the hospitals are here in the West Country so when I developed a high temperature after a blood transfusion I decided to see if I could reduce the fever overnight in a cool bedroom with some
paracetamol
.

Serositis advice?
Over the last 6 months the instances of this are becoming more and more frequent, lasting longer, and the pain is ridiculous, I was advised to take
paracetamol
and/or ibuprofen and until recently that was enough, but now they are barely taking the edge off.

Deeply grateful to all the replies about agonising shoulder pain
I found
paracetamol
was useless, as was Ibuprofen. I previously suffered from duodenitis when taking nsaids, and was diagnosed by gastroscope, which involved large doses of Lansoprazole, so I am now careful and just took a few Ibuprofen instead of upping the Pred.

Things I do to combat migraine.
Specific migraine relief products available at most pharmacies I do not find to be any more or less effective than bog standard Boots
paracetamol
and ibuprofen tablets at 50p or so a box.

Pain that comes and goes
the last couple months I’ve been getting pains in my chest, Rib area and Back, some days I feel ok but other days not so good, laying down at times can be very uncomfortable, I’m not 100% sure but think this may all of started after I cleaned my windows a couple of months ago, but has come on slowly,

Hip replacement
He has told me to also take
paracetamol
but it not helping. This made me constipated and has given me laxative sachets. I am being sick, constantly nauseous and feel awful. The hospital has given me an appointment for pain school in September but I don’t think I can carry on like this.
