How do I deal with severe leg muscle pain?
I have been in excruciating pain for the past month in my right thigh - ever since I squatted repeatedly during a PwP video exercise. I now can no longer walk without holding on to something and the pain is so severe that I'm awake all night. Prescription pain killers prescribed by my M.D. haven't

Metformin/B12 deficiency
Hi, Looking for help for a friend. Her husband is diabetic and on Metformin. He’s getting worse with lots of symptoms and the GP says it’s his diabetes. I’m still quite new to my own PA diagnosis but this sounds more B12 related that diabetes related? He currently gets a B12 injection every 12 weeks

Could my hip pain be something to do with PA?
I was diagnosed with PA last March. I've had hip pain for about 3 years but it is getting a lot worse since last year. Pain killers don't work and the exercises physio give me only make the pain worse. I went to see a chiropractor yesterday and he was a bit baffled because I'm very flexible so he doesn't

I’m unsure?
Hi, I’ve recently come off my pill and get really bad period pains when my periods starts. (this was one of the reasons I went on the combined pill). Im unsure if I am worrying over nothing because lots of people get period pains or whether it could be endometriosis.

Newbie
Hello all, I’m new here and just after some advice because this world of endo feels a little overwhelming atm. A little about me - I’m 27yo and have always suffered with v heavy painful periods and accepted it as ‘normal’. Was on mefenamic acid in my early teens, then got by on OTC painkillers. Tricycled

Pregnancy and RA.... Ouch
Hi all, Haven't posted here in quite a while, hope everyone is as well and as comfortable as is possible. I realised I had an issue with my joints around 2016/2017, but was largely dismissed by my GPS as thing got increasingly worse. I fell pregnant with my second child during this time and was advised

Gallbladder issues post-partum
Since I gave birth to my daughter 19 months ago I have been experiencing intense pain in my right shoulder and all the way round to the top of my stomach. I was induced and on a drip which made me have back to back contractions for 15 hours and the pain was so similar to this but I just put it down

Pain achy tired . No motivation
Feeling rubbish , tired , back ache. Pain in lower back and shoulders . Use to blame back pain on coil. Fed up of this achy no energy carry on. Use spray on back and shoulders think it's time for painkillers , wana break from this constant pain . But not keen on taking painkillers often .
