Normal period before laparoscopy
Since 2012 I haven’t had what I consider to be a ‘normal’ period i.e light-med flow, minimal pain and 5 days long. Fast forward 9 years with countless days of pain, one cycle of Zoladex, countless pain killers and horrific periods to the point I’m rolling around in agony, my local hospital have got

Hi everyone. I am taking several pain killers for my condition. one in particular is Nefopam. can anyone on here confirm they take Nefopam and does it have logo A55 embossed on it. Mine does but when checking on the web it is not a recognised logo. I get mine supplied with lots of other weekly drugs

Newbie here with frustrating undiagnosed condition. Anyone else have similar symptoms?
Hey there! So my doctors and specialists have thrown around a few terms over the last 3 years like "Chronic nonbacterial Prostatits" or "Chronic Pelvic Pain Disorder/Syndrome" but none have officially diagnosed me with anything. My main symptoms are lower abdominal pain and testicular pain, sometimes

Surprise diagnosis, big op looming, scared and relieved
Having suffered since i was 11, but blessed with 3 children, i was rushed to hospital last Wednesday with suspected appendicitis or an ectopic pregnancy following Marina coil 1 1/2 months ago. Shoulder and neck pain
This could be entirely coincidental but this morning I got sudden pain in my right shoulder blade radiating up my neck. It hurts if I turn my head to either side or don’t keep my arm straight. It feels like the pain I got in my left hip a few years ago which meant I couldn’t walk and no one could give

Thanks to everyone who answered my question, you make me feel better, taking painkillers, not expecting miracles.

Mixing heart drugs with pain killers
I wonder if anyone out there is suffering from Osteoarthritis and taking pain killers (in my case cocodamol) and also on heart meds? I was told by my cardiologist at my follow up after my heart attack that it's not good to take heart meds and pain killers as they interact with one another. I am now

Why do people get left in pain and suffer?
I am 45 and suffer from a Degenerative Disease of my Lumbar Spine. I also have Chronic Sciatica and Lymphoedema. I have read many sad and heartbreaking stories about people living in pain. My Drs have told me there has been a big theoretical change in the way pain is now seen and dealt with. Now before

What can I do to help?
My partner is recently going through the diagnosis process. Recently been diagnosed with PCO but they still suspect endometriosis but she's waiting for surgery. She's spent the last couple of weeks in constant pain. She has a range of pain killers prescribed including nerve blockers as well as morphine

These are my latest bloodtest results, I am wondering if my Levo needs any adjustment.
Just lately my nails have started flaking off again and growth is poor, they haven’t done that for years and were actually growing well for a very long time and needed filing often. I also feel tired earlier than I used to. Not to mention my hair which I started taking tablets for but left them off a

Free at last
Well I have been disconnected from everything and I am walking free. I had an echo done this afternoon and it was brilliant to see it working perfectly.Very uncomfortable night last night as the air con broke down and it was 26 in the bedroom so not much sleep. I like to think I can keep calm but I would

Stopped: B. Longum BB536 (Morinaga) probiotic for gut related health issues (IBS) -> switched to b. infantis 35624 (Alflorex)
I'll no longer take Alflorex and will try another probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans. I also don't take bacillus coagulans anymore. These probiotics weren't beneficial for my health symptoms. **************************** Just started, the 11th of August, with a single strain probiotic, bifidobacterium longum

But once the swelling went down, it looks good. 3 - Night time erections are a
killer
! But once the stitches came away, that
pain
stopped. 4 - The discharge from the wound looks scary! 5 - I had to learn to urinate standing up again.

Letting go of a grudge.
So, I had a procedure done called Mira dry and it’s a procedure to get rid of excessive sweating. I was real excited. But, the day of the procedure, my armpits were swollen and sore oh and the only pain pills they prescribed was ibuprofen. And my dad let it slip that my mom still had some narcotic
