Sorry loads of posts like this and I donāt know what Iām looking to gain - maybe just venting! Have had lower abdominal pain intermittently for nearly 2 years with some mucous in my stool every now and then - bloods all normal as was calprotectin in stool - GP has only just sent off for a FIT test -

Post laproscopy - pain and confusion about what nextā¦
Hi everyone, I had my lap a week ago now and they found and removed endometriosis from my pelvis, particularly on the left side and fitted a Mirena coil. When I came round from surgery I was told I wouldnāt be having a follow up appointment as the surgeon had got it all with the laser and that combined

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force strikes again - Aspirin
The USPSTF never did recommend aspirin for PCa, of course, but they did for the prevention of colorectal cancer, in 2016. They are reversing that. Men with PCa have a greater risk for heart disease. Mark Moyad coined the expression āHeart healthy is prostate healthy.ā, although he may not have been

Iāve been having all the pms symptoms for the last week and today I had a very light pink-orange discharge. Is this my period? I have no pain and no heavy flow so far. I

Late night thoughts
Iām lying in bed and I was just thinking no one actually understands what we go through. And no woman should ever have to go through what we do. The physical side of endo is plain horrible but recently I feel like the mental/emotional side is actually harder to control. The pain you can lie in bed, taken

Infertility and Endo
Hi all, I have lurked here for some time and worked up to posting. I'm a bit lost with it all. For years I have known something was wrong but having been on the pill for over a decade thought maybe I had indeed 'grown out of it'. However, first cycle post pill and every symptom came back with a vengeance

NHS pension appeal
I was turned down for my NHS pension in December. I intend to appeal, but I am worried that I may get turned down again. Since my first application I have had CBT, physio for osteoarthritis, tried most pain killers available to me (I have stage 4 kidney disease so are unable to use many of the drugs

Alternatives to pills
Has anyone any suggestions to smooth pain of polyarthritis without so many pain killers? I use heat bags and I've tried a Tens machine but that didn't help much. Exercise is agony!

Hi all, I have been on Humeria for 8 weeks now, the injecting is easy enough and I have no problems. I am in so much pain and the fatigue is unreal! I rang my rumey nurse a few weeks back and was told I cannot have any steroids until I have seen her and that is 11th November. I am taking the maximum
