No risk if infected by covid19
I've just read an article stating that we're not at any increased risk should we catch this virus. Whilst not scaremongering, I find this highly improbable, given endometriosis is an inflammatory disease, the continued response by the immune system to this, meaning a cytokine storm is more likely, should

I dont know if you remember me. But my husband took Lu177 for 4 times. In the beginning the PSA decreased. And the scans looked good. After the third treatment the PSA started to rise again doubling, even after 4th treatment. Due to lockdown we didn't hv any other option and we took arbitrone. The

Now breast, lung, bowel and prostate cancer can all be treated in a WEEK as patients receive shorter courses of radiotherapy.
Thousands of cancer patients are set to be spared from weeks of back-to-back hospital visits – after studies and trials have shown that five days of treatment, or even less, can be just as effective at blasting away tumours. People having radiotherapy, which uses powerful radiation beams to kill cancer

Secondary bedwetting
My daughter is 8 and a half. She has been dry day and night for 5 years no problems ever complete bladder control. Since April she has started bed wetting completely out of the blue. After it started happening a few times we thought it can’t just be a one off. So we limit drinks in the evening no drinks

Urethrotomy with Mitomicin C injection for Radiation Stricture
Hi, looking for information from members who have had Internal Urethrotomy done with the injection of Mitomicin C injection or member who may have some knowledge regarding this MMC on stricture. Not a whole lot of study on Mitomicin C (which is normally used in bladder cancer?) on the internet. One

Blood in Urine update
Posted last week about having blood in my urine. URO performed a cystoscopy the morning. All was ok, he said the only thing there was, is some scar tissue in my urinary track at the tip. It apparently built up, clogged everything up and finally broke loose. Which explains the 30 degree direction and

What Kind Of Tea To Drink?
In my search for good teas to fight prostate cancer (Gleason 7), I have found a few that may help. From this March to present, my main tea has been Jason Winters tea. The "Original formulas" have oolong tea, red clover and either and sage or chapparal. Jason Winters verified that these shrunk his own

Advance Directive
There is one more thing I would like to add, more like rant about. Please please please make an advance directive. I am a nurse and I would ask dozens of patients before surgery if they had one...the overwhelming majority said no. I never realized exactly how important it is until my dad coded after

Catheter caused problems post ablation.
I was wondering whether anyone had a catheter inserted during their AFib/Flutter ablation? My Flutter surgery lasted for 6.5 hours and the catheter hurt like crazy coming out. 5 weeks down the track I am still frequently urinating and feel some discomfort. I have been checked for a UTI. I would be devastated
