Anyone tried a Livia device?
Should I try it? I'm scared i might get electrocuted! I'd also like to know you've got on with it for those with endometriosis pains, as opposed to someone who didn't have endo.

Something has been confusing me recently to do with how people talk about tinnitus. I've had it for eight months - a continual loud hissing in one ear. Whenever I've seen a doctor or looked online, the first thing I've been met with is 'noise trauma.' One doctor I saw asked me 'do you listen to music

Update on dizzy spells
Thanks for all your responses on my last post. I wanted to maybe update a little and/or explain myself better. I know it’s so easy for all of us to chalk these things up to anxiety - but I can honestly say that I’ve not had any recent stressors in my life UNTIL the dizziness and on a boat feeling started

Interesting connection with Meniere's disease and Hypothyroid
This is becoming more common knowledge in both ENT and Endo circles... I have finally started effective treatment for MD, and it's working, which is great... I notice SO many Hypo sufferers here have the symptoms of MD: Vertigo, tinnitus and "fullness" in the ear(s) often leading to deafness... this

Tinnitus (ringing in ears) with serious cognitive impairment
Hi everyone, I have been suffering from moderate tinnitus for more than ten years but from the very beginning my tinnitus didn't bother me at all. What is really ruining my life is cognitive impairment at the level of dementia (difficulty thinking, speaking, analyzing). I have been checked for many disorders

Last November I was diagnosed with T cell large granulocytic leukaemia which was a bit of a shock as I have no real symptoms, perhaps I'm a bit tired but who, at 68 yrs, isn't. Anyway I'm on watch and wait which is good. Has anyone else got this? How are you? Can you tell me about your experience

Bisoprolol Side Effects
I've been absent for about a year ..... struggling with this site now as it's not how it used to be. Never mind, glad it's still around. So many of us are struggling with the side effects, I know - they never seem to go away. Anyway, last January I was so exasperated I reduced from 2.5 mg to 1.25

Feel terrible
I feel dizzy, tingly in my hands and fingers, very shaky, tired, restless. I’ve been on medication for years. Clomipramine, but I feel it’s not taking these symptoms away. I’ve tried to go on new ones, it they knock me out and I need to go to work and drive. Anyone else got these symptoms?

Feeling dizzy
Since my first 12 hour day at work since ablation (which was last Wednesday), I've been feeling really dizzy. I thought at first it was because I wasn't drinking enough when at work, so tried my best over the weekend to increase my fluid intake - it hasn't changed anything. I also thought it might

I am soon to start inhaled Pentamidine instead of Atovaquone to prevent PCP - has anyone suffered any side affects from this?
I've taken Atovaquone, to prevent PCP, throughout my chemo and the last 7months post chemo. At my last Clinic appointment the Consultant decided that when I finish my present prescription of Atovaquone, I will commence inhaled Pentamidine once every 4 weeks instead of the Atovaquone . I'm wondering if

Off Nebivolol 4 days now
I have come of my Nebivolol after doing 1.25 every other day for 3 days then stopped. Idiopathic Pulsatile Tinnitus
Hi, I am Gwynydd and I posted some five months ago. To recap I have had an MRI and A CT scan which revealed nothing abnormal. I am being checked for any heart related issues and now referred to the head and neck clinic. Due to my consultant not copying me on the CT scan result and my Doctor not doing

Slow stream rehabilitation
It is now nearly 10months since my partners accident and he is still currently undergoing rehab. Migraine = dizziness and vertigo???
I have suffered with migraine for 2 years, during the time that it was chronic I suffered a lot of daily dizziness. When I was increasing titration of Amitriptyline, I also had lots of dizzy attacks but things seemed to have levelled out. However, I had the worst experience last night, I was actually

Hypo & Fluoride stats

Dizziness and head symptoms: Do they fade or completely go away?
Hello all! Still dealing with some head stuff (dizziness, tinnitus, headaches, neck pain), but I had a question. For those who have had success with overcoming some of these symptoms, have you found that they simply got less severe or completely went away? Right now, I'm still having them at some point

Tibilone and Prostap
Hey guys, I had my first prostap injection on 18th March and I just bled for two weeks solid and had the most horrendous time whilst on it, but, after posting on here I wanted to persevere. However, when I went for my second load the nurse asked if I'd had any symptoms so I told her all my symptoms and
