Please share your experiences with Provenge. What’s it like getting the injections and what are your results?
I’m stage four on
Orgovyx
and recently went castrate resistant with three small bone mets on my upper spine so we added Zytiga. I started the Eclipse clinical trial three weeks ago with PSA of 3.3 and am authorized for up to four treatments. My plan is to start Provenge after the trial is over.

My father and sister both died of heart disease in their 60s so do I have it too?
I am currently on two different testosterone suppressing agents,
Orgovyx
and Zytiga. These drugs are listed as having potential cardiovascular side effects. I am a conditioned athlete in spite of my situation, but lately I have passed out cold several times when hiking or lifting weights.

Why continue taking Orgovyx while also on Zytiga? I just started a clinical trial with LU–177 I&T.
I had my first of up to four treatments last week in the Eclipse clinical trial for LU 177 I&T and I’m wondering why I should continue taking
Orgovyx
. I’ve heard that production of testosterone is even more efficiently reduced on Zytiga. The less meds, the better for me.

When, or if at all, to add Nubeqa
RP in 2020 Gleason 7 (4+3) PSA 14 Been on
Orgovyx
for 6 months of an 18 month prescribe. Just finished 39 daily IMRT treatments. PSA remains <.05 Should I be thinking about adding Nubeqa or not? And if so, when?

Use of past-expiration meds
I’m just wondering what wisdom is out there about how much of a concern it might be to be using up a supply of expensive yet important meds (eg,
Orgovyx
) beyond their official expiration date. Just very slightly less potent or dangerously ineffective?

Orgovyx and stage four
I have turned 65 and now medicare + plan C is asking $600 a month for Orgovx. My PSA has been at .6 after Cyberknife on my L2. I am trying to get assistance but in the meantime I started taking it every other day and Dr Oscar Goodman said that is ok. I have not taken it in 4-5 days. I have 4 pills

Testosterone too high?
I recently had my quarterly PSA and T tests, following stopping 18 months of ADT (
Orgovyx
) in April of 2022. PSA continued to de undetectable (<0.01) and T was 761. The last quarterly T was 706.

Need help/input on Adjuvant vs salvage radiation after prostatectomy & extended lymph node dissection. Also studies/input on # fractions?
He responded well to
Orgovyx
and Zytiga and tumor shrank considerably (away from rectum which was a concern). PSA went from 146 to .36 in the 6 months prior to surgery.

Value vs. Cost of Gold-Plated medicines.
My Medical oncologist started me on
Orgovyx
two weeks ago. The copay was $899 for 30 days supply—$30 a pill. The prognosis for my prostate cancer is a decent life quality of three to four years. Massive money can extend that time for many years.

Low blood pressure from ADT? After almost 2 years on Orgovyx my blood pressure continues to drop.
I’ve seen reports here where most men on ADT have rises in blood pressure. Mine continues to drop dramatically while exercising and sometimes just walking around the house. But normal blood pressure is 112/80 with a resting rate of 52 and O2 levels at 95 to 97.

$13K for 6 months of Orgovyx. Is it worth it?
My RO wants me on 6 months of
Orgovyx
as part of my upcoming SRT. My private insurance has rejected
Orgovyx
coverage in favor of Eligard or Firmagon. RO says he filed an appeal and was rejected.

Another Cialis Question
After some ups and downs with his liver values, he is currently taking
Orgovyx
, Abiraterone, and Prednisone. PSA and T are undetectable, and he is doing as well as can be expected. Now, my husband is in “cruise control” mode (his MO’s words).
