Orchidectomy
. 99% also the hormone production dropped in 4 hours, Zoladex is I believe 4 weeks. So you can guess what I opted for. That was almost 7 years ago, I'm still here.

My Story
When I was 30 years old in 1982 I had testicular cancer and following an
orchidectomy
I was told the histology showed I had a seminoma and after 3 weeks of radiotherapy on my abdomen my G.P. was told that there was trace of the disease and he could consider little chance of recurrence.

FIGHTING BACK
I've been called a "warrior" a number of times, but I didn't really feel like one until I began radiation this past Tuesday, March 28. Somehow just taking the hormone therapy didn't seem like actively fighting against the cancer, but now it's different, somehow. Even having my testicles

Suffering from incontinence?
Hello; I am a 23 year PC survivor diagnosed at age 52. I had a radical prostatectomy, followed by 35 treatments of radiation a year later and underwent a orchiectomy a year later. Since that time I have been cancer free. For approx. 20 years my incontinence was relatively minor (1 pad per day) Since

Another challenge
To my friends from Malecare and those following me, there have been recent changes, and I haven't been posting anything, because I've had so much fatigue and I have some difficulty in navigating this new site. Now I'm having extreme pain in my prostate, which couldn't be removed because of the involvement

Orchiectomy / testicular cancer.
I have asked doctors before having had a cancer scare. Given that I would under no circumstances have an orchiectomy what are my options if I got testicular cancer and I never get an answer. So does anyone know of any options? What would you do if you thought you had testicular cancer?
