Update on my diagnosis.
Hi all, I’ve been very grateful for your support since June. I thought I’d give an update on my condition. After many scans and tests, my new rheumatologist thinks that I have PMR after all. I’m glad we ruled everything else out - including cancer and vasculitis - as I can crack on and deal with getting

Bone Scan advice
Hello all, just a quick query . I've been on pred since the beginning of March , currently 12.5mg. I'm on Alendronic Acid too. I have been on Letrozole since my Mastectomy in June 2019. I had a bone scan then which is standard when starting something like Letrozole as it increases osteoporosis risk.

Alendronate/fosamax part 2
In 2014, after taking alendonate for (?) 5+ years, my left femur broke as I walked down a very slight slope. I have a intramedullary pin running from hip to knee. In 2020, on March 3, after not taking AA for nearly 6 years, I stood up to get off the bus, and my right femur broke, same reason. Now

She never gave me a diagnosis but looking at my past history it is probably

The Role Of Bile Acids In Prostate Cancer
Bile acids (BAs) belong to cholesterol-derived sterols. Due to the side chain carboxyl group and hydroxylation of their steroid ring they are more polar than cholesterol. They have an amphipatic character for which they are known as natural detergents. Majority of cholesterol is excreted by bile acids

Do any supplements work?
Off the top of my head, I've seen posts on the following: - Vitamin B1 - CoQ 10 - Ceylon Cinnamon - Mannitol - Vanilla -
Omega

Fatty
Acids
- Sesaminol/Sesame Seeds - Broccoli Sprout Powder - Mucuna Purens - Resveratrol I'm sure that I've missed many other recommended supplements.
