Hi everyone, I've just joined up to this site having stumbled across it. I was diagnosed with CLL 2005 aged 45.
Anyone else had
Ofatumumab
? Admin: Welcome norahmaria! I've corrected your age (most important!) and take the opportunity to format your post.

My husband is on Arzerra (Ofatumumab) for CLL and he has had 2 treatments. Any suggestions on lethargy and weakness as side effects?

RIAltO: I am about to take part in a Randomised Investigation of Alternative Ofatumumab: designed to compare ofatumumab with chlorambucil.
I'd like to compare notes with other people experiencing this investigation which is based in Liverpool; and especially with anyone who has already experienced this treatment. I am 77 years old but this is my first serious illness and always been in good health. No idea really what to expect during the

I was on BENDAMUSTINE and
OFATUMUMAB
. Although I havn't been to my bed yet. I feel awful all the time with aches and pains all over my body, and never feel really well. Does anybody else had the same treatment and if so how do you feel.

Has anyone any experience of Ofatumumab ?
After two months in hospital and neutrophils at zero my consultant put me on
Ofatumumab
. My neutrophils immediately returned. I am at home now after five lots of the drug and continuing as an outpatient. Apparently the drug isn't very effective for CLL so what can I expect long term ?

Rialto trial (Ofatumumab and Bendamustine) - not feeling any better after 4th cycle
Hi, I am on a Rialto trial at the moment and my treatment is
Ofatumumab
and Bendamustine. I have this for two days every month. I am now coming up to my 5th Cycle which is in early January. I understand that there is only 6 cycles so my last treatment is in February.

Dr Peter Hillmen of Leeds, UK discusses the place for Idelalisib in CLL treatment (Patient Power Video)

Starting treatment soon. Have opted for Bendamustine (Levact) over Fludarabine + Rituximab. Any observations?
A trial called RIAltO comparing the use of
Ofatumumab
+ Chlorambucil and
Ofatumumab
+ Bendamustine was offered but I declined at this time. I was diagnosed in July 2013 and had a CT scan 3 weeks ago which showed my spleen to be bigger than my liver. Thus the beginning of treatment. Maureen

I am being considered for a trial using FC and Ofatumumab at the Freeman Newcastle. I live in Cumbria. There is no help with travel/parking.
My wife and I are in our seventies, parking spaces are limited. Does anyone know if we could use a disabled space during the time I am having my treatment. The treatment is over a 6 month period. The disabled spaces are nearer the hospital.
