Timings of thyroid meds, calcium and HRT
Hi. I've had an appointment with my endocrinologist this morning, and he would like me to try taking my thyroxine at night (to see if it helps with sleep), which is actually what I did years ago before being told by a nutritionist I shouldn't. The trouble is, I now take HRT at night (progesterone tablets

I used to exercise a lot running every day walking and weights but i stopped during the fet and

as my lining was thin. I am only walking now on my treatmile at home for an hour at around speed 6. And doing some squats and pilates! Should i continue this during the tww? Or not?

Medicated FET- can I trust my clinic
I was told that they would let me know when I could start my
oestrogen
but I shouldn't expect a call until after the weekend. Then I got a call this morning to say to start my
oestrogen
today.

Estrogen for natural pregnancy
Hey 👋 been a wee while since I last asked a question. My son is now two from a FET & I have a natural thin lining. We are now going to try for baby #2, and was thinking that my thin lining may stand in the way resulting in using another frozen embryo that I have in storage. Just a thought but has anyone

Womb rescanned
Hi Girls, I got my womb lining rescanned last night. Last Friday it was 5mm and in a week it’s went down to around 3mm 😢 Has this happens anyone else? The same thing happened in July. The gynaecologist who scanned me maybe thinks it’s a hormonal thing I’m not absorbing the prognova. I’m on estrogen

Suspect mast cell disorder - who to ask my GP to refer to?
I suffered a bad reaction to a topical
oestrogen
tablet suggested by a consultant - bad cramping, confusion etc. and in desperation agreed to go on HRT in February. I am a 57 year old woman.

AGING AND RUNNING

HRT effects on thyroxine absorption.
My blood test results before I started HRT : T4 18.9 (9-25) TSH 0.29 (0.2-5.0) Should I be applying
oestrogen
at different time to taking thyroxine?

Info on clinical trial with "Oral Faslodex/Fulvestrant"?
Hi everyone, After 3.5 years of positive response on Ibrance/Letrozole, my wife has seen some progression--so yesterday, she began a new clinical trial (ACT16105) which is a Phase II trial of SAR439859, a Sanofi compound. From my (limited!) understanding, this is an attempt to develop an oral Selective

Chances of false negative?
I was given an injection a couple months pre lap, I can't remember the name but it stopped my
oestrogen
and my period, I had to take hrt stuff but I could only get it for a few months. Could that have caused a false negative? Am I just totally barking up the wrong tree?

Frozen transfer protocol
Do you just start taking
oestrogen
at the beginning of your cycle, then progesterone after ovulation? Do they control when you ovulate with drugs or just monitor when it happens naturally? Also how do they time when to do the transfer at the right time - is it with scans or blood tests?
