Decidual cast
Has anybody ever had a decidual cast? Im on the depo injection and This is has happened on my first injection so I’m being taken off it. The casting happens when you have too much estrogen or progestin and it’s called membranous dysmenorrhea, and it’s apparently rare. Just wondering if anyone else has

Ovulation and bleeding
Hey all I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago now. I started doing ovulation tests about 2 weeks ago and while I had an estrogen surge the last 10 days I only got a positive for ovulation yesterday. What I’ve noticed though is I’ve also started light spotting. Anyone else experience this?

Era/Alice biopsy
The clinic said to call on the 1st day of period (but they are closed tomorrow) as they will tell me when to start on the
oestrogen
tablets. I just wondered if anyone has done a similar cycle before the biopsy, what day did you bleed and what day did you start on tablets? Thanks 😊

Immune Anxiety Response
I'm 64 and not on HRT-I read somewhere that low
oestrogen
inhibits the breakdown of histamine....so many factors it's hard to unravel it all. Hoping to hear from someone soon, take care. Moira

Thyroid change since stopping contraceptive pill
Anyway I had been reading how the
oestrogen
/ progesterone pill can block thyroid conversion and I was thinking of coming off it anyway so I stopped the pill. After a short while I started to feel that swelling in my throat again and weakness in my muscles.

Gynecomastia and ADT?
When I asked my URO about using 10 mg Tamoxifen for gynecomastia....she said the following: All of the studies I could find on using tamoxifen were in patients on biclutamide. As far as I understand, the GNRH antagonists shouldn't cause the same shift in the estrogen levels which is what causes the

Supplements to alleviate Endo symptoms
Indolplex - works to ensure that
oestrogen
is metabolised correctly and magnesium to help muscles relax and abdominal pain. This isn’t an ad as I am sure you can get these products from any good pharmacies but I emailed him out of desperation and he responded so wanted to share with all of you.

Thyme’s estrogen effect.
I got interested in thyme as a natural way to improve bone density but in researching thyme on Rx list I learned it can have an estrogen effect. That would mean breast cancer survivors like me should not take it. That would explain its effectiveness for bone density. Too bad for me; afraid to take it

Cancelled FET- delayed period??
Morning ladies I’m just looking for insights from your experience. I had my FET cancelled this month as my lining didn’t thicken enough. So I was on estrogen until about day 17 and then stopped. No progesterone. I’m now on day 36 and still haven’t had a period. I had a day of very light spotting

Does anyone take bio identical hormones? What is the relationship of estrogen and PBC. Is it ok to take them if you have PBC?
