How much to tell gp!
However, I tried pregnenolone too previously and the extra
oestrogen
in it was a nightmare and took months for me to get my thyroid levels back on track afterwards, so bad was the effect.

Since this I have progressively felt more and more tired. Could anyone suggest some

9dp5dt imperceptible faint positive
Hi there, had my 1st FET on 26 June, home tested yesterday and today and can see a line but only when holding up to the window or shining a torch through back of the stick. Questioning if this is a chemical or just a slow implanted. Blasto was a 4AB. Meds are 3x estrogen and 3x progesterone pessaries

Still 'tweaking' BHRT nearly a year later
I presume this was because as the
Oestrogen
was leaving my body it was ending up at a more suitable levels for my body. But then it peaked and weight loss stopped. The IP told me to re-introduce
Oestrogen
, this time 1 pump and then build up to 2.

I've lost all hope.
I am so fed up and at the end of my rope. I have been trying to get treatment for over five years now. There have been several GPs (due to the first one leaving the practice and Covid necessitating using who you are given). There have been several gynaecologists and scans. I get told one thing and

5dFET transfer with blood thinners
After a miscarriage post 5dT, I am in the 8th day of the 2 WW wait my 2nd try. The docs added blood thinners, immunosuppressant with low dose aspirin as they said it will help prevent miscarriage. I have 25ml progesterone injection daily and estrogen of total 8mg I’m trying to stay relaxed and be prepared

What happens in the gonads does not stay in the gonads
This is basic research for those interested in that kind of thing - if that's not you, just ignore. Short version - protein aggregates in nematode worm gonads set off a stress response that propagates throughout the organism, causing changes in mitochondrial function and potentially increasing protein

Oestrogen patches for FET - any advice on removing them without screaming?!
Also, I'm wondering if anyone else has been on this protocol - I have taken Fyremadel injections (1 every morning) for 7 days, alongside one
oestrogen
patch every other day. I've now stopped the injections and have to apply two
oestrogen
patches every other day. First scan is next week.

HRT and T3 only
I have just started HRT (
oestrogen
gel and uterogestone) and am wondering if it will affect the amount of T3 I need? Anyone have experience? I know HRT can affect T4 but not sure about T3. Thanks

What is your take on Soybean? 🧐🤔
Edamame has always been my favorite snack since I was little. I usually steam and sprinkle a little bit of sea salt. You may find edamame prepared the same way as appetizer when you go to a sushi restaurant. I found many health benefits from edamame but one thing I’m concerned is phytoestrogen or isoflavones

My doctor said to go ahead and test tomorrow
I emailed my doctor to tell him that I was seeing red blood and he told me to go ahead and test early tomorrow and to start taking the estrogen for the next cycle which will be FET. So I guess he is also assuming that it did not work now.

Transfer booked in Friday 2nd of July 🤞
Had my lining check today, my lining is 7.5mm (triple pattern). Ive always struggled with my lining getting thick and they have said they are happy with that. Hello everyone, please does anyone have any suggestions or idea on how to thicken endometrium lining? I have tried estrogen pills but that didn’t help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No intensification - is doc too laid back?
With a BRCA 2 mutation, Gleason 9, low PSA and intraductal cancer, I was preparing for “Total Combat” with a sharp intensification of my medication, which is now limited to ADT in the form of transdermal estrogen. “Hit the cancer hard and early”. To my surprise, doc suggests no added medication at all

Can anyone please advise me if any research has been made into Fibromyalgia pain and Estrogen levels?
It's just my pain seems to get better, when I am on the pill and obviously I know that pain is on it's own cycle, but can fibromyalgia pain be hormone related?

Peri menopause and thyroxine
Lots on hypothyroidism obviously, especially
oestrogen
clearance which is slowed. And female hormone impact on thyroxine. So I’m wondering if there’s an opposite effect?
Oestrogen
is lowered? Is there any info anywhere on this?

Back for FET after loads of tests
Morning I'm back for my next FET. After my failed transfer in January of my perfect PGS tested embryo, I've been for all manner of tests. My clinic calls them level 1 and level 2. I feel so blessed that these tests exist, and that somehow we've had the funds to pay for them. You kinda hope these tests

Thyroid and HRT
I’ve used progesterone cream for a while now to address
oestrogen
dominance problems and that’s worked well however, I’m now wondering whether I should look at HRT to “even out” the highs and lows.
