egg collection - oestrogen level over 14000
They have told me due to high follicle (23) and
oestrogen
(14,780) levels it will be a freeze all and I’m at serious risk of OHSS… if we are lucky enough to get embryos I really wanted to go with a fresh transfer! Any thoughts the levels.

Pondering the practice of testing TSH/FT4/FT3
As I have been expending all of this energy attempting to educate myself and my endocrinologist - as I would like to be well and stay well, it made me wonder... Is there another hormone that is typically replaced, and then tested to see what the levels are? In other words, would my GP order a test

I know
oestrogen
can have a negative impact on thyroid function but I am debating the mini pill or mirena as progeterone only. I am already taking zinc and try to manage stress and get enough sleep. Help I want my sex drive back!

e2 patch
well I finally got to meet with y Oncologist last week regarding use of estradiol (e2) patch to battle against osteoporosis / osteopenia because the 90 day Xgeva dosing (down from every 28 daysx 2 years) doesn't seem to be doing much. He claims the possible cardiovascular side effects from the PATCH

booked in for full hysterectomy
hey I had a lap back in October and it looks like the endo has returned so I’m booked in for a total hysterectomy! I’m really scared about it all. How are you after yours? Has it changed you at all? I’ve already started hrt and get on really well with the oestrogel especially with less adhd symptoms

advice again please
sorry for yet another post. I have recently reduced my thyroxine from 75 to 50 due to suspected over medication since having my child 20months ago and no longer being in the pill. Even though my bloods have been in range (TSH 0 or 1). I lowered it from 100 last year and my severe anxiety got better

I’m a 47 yo female with existing thyroid issues, and I’m on progesterone to help with thyroid uptake. However, last night I wakened

ca125 up from last reading
I’m 49 and in 2019 was diagnosed with stage 1c2. It was found in pathology after having ovaries removed prophylactically due to finding out I was BRCA1 positive. I had 3 rounds of taxol and carboplatin. I might mention that my ca125 was 8 so never indicated cancer. During chemo my number rose to 9.

Progynova and FET
Hi I've just started a medicated FET process and am on Progynova (8mg per day) I have a scan booked in for this Friday to check the womb lining. I've been having some kind of EWCM. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm a bit confused, because according to my period tracker app (which is usually pretty

Optimum
I’m UAT and take 1 grain Armour Thyroid am and 3/4 pm with vitamin D, K2 , Mg and B Complex. I’m also on Oestrogel and Utrogestan. TSH is suppressed due to long term T3. What is actually considered optimum levels for T4 and T3 - also vitamin D? Consultant (private) reduced my AT dose by 1/4 grain

Hrt and asthma - any problems?
The doctor wants me to start using
oestrogen
gel as my peri menopause symptoms have become nasty. Does anyone have any experience of the estradiol transdermal gel and asthma? I'm worried that it will worsen my asthma. Thanks
