My endo management kit
I've unknowingly had endo for about 10 years, dismissed early on I just ignored the fact my periods sometimes felt like a miscarriage. About 3 years ago it got so bad I couldn't ignore it anymore and 2 years ago I left work. In these two years I've tried everything I could think of to change it. I can't

How long did it take for your HRT estrogen patch to take away your hot flashes?
I have been taking the estrogen patch for about 2 and a half weeks now-(generic Estradiol 0.075mg) and I have not gotten any relief in my hot flashes....My story is more complicated in that I am making absolutely NO estrogen due to years of anorexia making my pituitary gland not produce estrogen. So

Estradiol levels high? and progesterone help!
Should I try reducing my
Oestrogen
, or could it just be a natural spike? I would be interested to hear peoples thoughts/experience with this. Progesterone. I hate it. I'm reluctant to have a mirena coil as I have had issues with coils in the past.

Ovaries- stay or go?
They’re reluctant to remove my ovaries, stating all the health related issues it can cause, but I’m worried that high
oestrogen
levels (I had Pleomorphic LCIS removed last year from my breast) will continue to cause me pain if any lesions are left unexcised and I’m concerned about a recurrence of PLCIS

Update after stopping sertraline
Since stopping sertraline I have only had RLS once- this was after I walked 22k steps in a day (twice my normal) I continue on
oestrogen
HRT and I haven’t needed pregabalin. Feeling hopeful. Still using 12.5- 25 mg quetiapine at night to assist sleep with no RLS

How long does it take for hot flashes to go away after being on HRT( estrogen patch)?
I was wondering if people could tell me how long it takes for HRT( the estrogen patch)to kick in and take away your hot flashes? I've only been on it 13 days and can't get any relief from the hot flashes and I'm really worried. Is this normal for it to take this long? How long does it take to kick

Going Private
I can't wait any longer so I've decided to go private and I've booked to see a consultant next week. I can't get my head around the fact I can see the same consultant I have to wait a year for on the NHS next week if I pay £200. I'm 50, currently on continuous provera and estrogen and I'm bleeding heavily

Awaiting scan
Hi, I had a GP appointment Thursday and have been referred for an emergency ultra sound and blood test. I'm feeling really anxious. I thought I had peri menopause symptons for months. I'm on estrogen only HRT as have the coil ( which is due to be replaced). I can only describe my symptons as constant

Does anyone here with crps/rsd feel hot all the time? I feel hot 24/7 especially in my face and I heard that CRPS causes autonomic nervous system functioning which would include temperature control. ERA protocol - what meds to include
Hey ladies, Last month I did an endometrial biopsy in order to see if the uterine cells look as they should, and they do! Which would mean that the endometritis is gone, at least judging by how the endometrium looks like under a microscope. This month we are doing the Endometrio test (Era, Emma, Alice

Ferritin and folate levels
I have pituitary failure and it's taken me almost 20years to get myself sorted. I take T3 in the form of Cytomel which is reluctantly prescribed by my local Endo but beyond that they are totally useless. I now see a specialist in Leicester who has got a better idea and I now have hydrocortisone, growth
