My consultant has suggested I try Valproate or Levetiracetam for my RLS/PLMD. Has anybody tried either of these and had any success or otherwise?

I would like to say , yes break ups are terrible, but I would take a break up over a panic attack attack anyday of the week, I know they are similar , from the time you awake to the time you go to sleep you have that person in your mind, and it's awful and terrible, but time heals those wounds,, try

Anxiety
I suffer from bad anxiety, and PTSD from childhood to now, and am 61 years old. I'd like to join this group to see what others do, or get new ideas on helping with these issues. I do mindfulness and breathing techniques, adult coloring. Can't do a lot of exercises because of DDD, and other back problems

black out
Hi. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My mum who has CBS finds that when she laughs now she blacks out and feels faint. She is finding that this is happening more and more so is worrying. It’s very hard when we try and keep things upbeat but she’s scared of laughter. Any advice please

Hello all. I’ve been struggling with the decision to pursue a job requiring me to move over 2000 miles away from Florida to Arizona. Depo and panic attacks?
So, I've had my first depo provera shot last week, and today, I think I've had 3 panic attacks, all seemingly out of the blue. As far as I can remember, I haven't had one before. I do have very mild anxiety but nothing I take medication for. Are panic attacks associated with depo? Have any of you experienced

Hello, my husband had a heart attack 22 years ago he recovered really well and was walking with a friend doing 5 miles or so every week. 3 years ago he had a stroke. Again he recovered well but could not walk more than a couple of miles. His ejection fraction was about 25%. Towards the end of 2022

PIP ASSESSMENT
Had my pip re-assessment over the phone yesterday. A nurse did it and she was really nice and put me at ease. She didn't ask questions that weren't reasonable relating to my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ADHD etc.

I wanted to share an update.
Hello. Finally I feel like there might be some hope for my living situation. I heard back from a lawfirm I contacted to find out if everything my landlord is doing to me is legal or not. In May and June, besides all of the users and dealers she had here, there was a man that stayed for 6 weeks. I'm
