B 12
I'm 66 and have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and rheumatoid arthritis. I just had a blood test today and my B12 came back at 1400. I am also taking B12 supplements. Should I stop taking the supplements and talk to my doctor or what? Everything else came out pretty much right

Transcutaneous electrical stimulation unit
Has anybody had a chance to use a TENS unit? Transcutaneous electrical stimulation does something to the muscles which is supposed to help with pain of all kinds. I've got one on right now and it definitely does something to the restless, horrible, creepy feeling but I'm not sure if I'll be able to

IM injection technique question
When you inject, do you pull back on the needle to see if blood is drawn up? I've seen some advice to do this, but some instructions I've seen skips this step.

Explanation of why levo & NDT don't work?
I'm looking for an article and/or video on this subject to assist a person with this problem. Some people (I am one of them) who have gut disorders, deep nutritional deficiencies, and other conditions, cannot respond well to levo or NDT initially; these patients need work on other problems first.
