Hello friends, Is it better to take magnesium taurate than magnesium glycinate for afib? Or is it trial and error to see what works best?

My nails look funny as in colour and I can't open lids, jars, or sometimes find difficult to press on things. I have been told that if

Cognitive Behaviour & Numb Fingers?

Experience with PA and Long Covid
I had long Covid and also have PA. I believe that my long Covid was an auto-immune problem (I am not speaking for long Covid patients who continue to have viral symptoms.) My symptoms seemed to be inflammatory. PA is also an auto-immune disorder so I was aware that I might be at risk for a 'cytokine
