Have been diagnosed with genitofemoral entrapment but surgeon thinks surgery could make it worse. Confused at what to do. I'm living every day with pain 7-10 on pain scale . Has anyone had this surgery, neurectomy or freeing the nerve.

My ferritin level fell down recently for no known reason. it's 33 and needs to be 50 or above. I have restless legs. That's why doctor checked it. I've been getting B12 monthly injections for about a year now and I am mid range of normal. I have neuropathy. It made little to no difference to me to

Clicking Joints
Hi, does anyone else suffer from clicking joints? I'm like my own personal one man band at moment - think im in a flare as Rheumy said ESR levels extremely high and she's doubled my methotrexate dosage so now on 250mg per week. Sleeping is the worst as the joint locking disturbs sleep especially one

Hypothyroid Reversed!
I experimented with
naturopathy
but it didn't help me out that much. I then conducted an extensive research and read a lot about how food affects your body.

Side effect question
Hi all, I've been changing my meds under doctors instructions, over the last few weeks I've been getting reflux and if I'm eating say a ginger biscuit it burns my throat. I've looked at the leaflet and there's no mention of reflux but it's the only new thing I've got in my system. Does anyone suffer

Assistive devices for CMT
Hi people, Anybody use any special tools to compensate for the neuropathy? I carry a needle nosed pliers on my keychain, and in the glove compartment of my car, in order to use credit cards at the ATM. Also a "neuropathy" button hooker---a wire loop on a plastic handle, purchased from WalMart online

After three operations on my neck for stenosis I have suffered with intense stinging pain in my hands for the past three years. Tramadol has no effect, I was allergic to morphine patches and I have so far resisted taking anti depressants as I am concerned about side effects. Has anyone any pain relief

Searching for private treatment with Lidocaine
Hello again, I'm re-posting with a new title to be more specific. I'm looking for a private physician who has experience in intercostal nerve block Lidocaine injections on the thorax. Anyone who could help me on that?

Labelled as a drug seeker
Have had an awful attack of severe pain since Thursday and requested some morphine based painkillers. My usual GP is on holidays and have now been refused and labelled as manipulative and a drug seeker. Anybody else experience this??

Savella
I just started taking savella tonight for fibro and wanted to know if anyone else has taken it. I was also given amitriptyline for anxiety and started taking that as well tonight together with the savella. I was told that it was ok. How long does it take to feel the side effects if any for the meds
