Has anyone out there tried low dose Naltrexone for their RLS? My doctor is considering this as part of a long term rotation plan to manage dependence and augmentation. I haven’t found a lot of information yet, but interested in having as many options

New therapies for RLS!! New research finally!
I have had RLS for 30 years, but when prescribed pramaprexole, of course, it made the monster worse. I did some research and there are two new therapies coming out. One is a new drug discovered by professor Dr. Stefan Clemens at Brody school of medicine...he discovered why augmentation happens...

Hello there, help please! Results listed below....I have always been symptomatic with Hashimoto's, diagnosed 2019. anyone tried low dose naltrexone for fertility?
Hi there, I'm just come across Low Dose Naltrexone and the LDN Research Trust and it seems to work miracles on both fertility and autoimmune conditions (I have hashimoto's - auto immune underactive thyroid) and have been trying to conceive naturally for almost three years. I wondered if it's something

Bupropion/Zyban/Wellbutrin and sleep?
Hello, I started 150mg over a month ago. I had sleep issues previously but now they seem to be getting worse. Psychiatrist has recently asked me to take 300mg as apparently I haven’t responded that well to 150mg. Feeling reluctant to do so. My HRT was adjusted at the same time by an endocrinologist.

Feeling very unwell - do my blood results explain why? What to do next?
Hi Mid August My NDT was increased from 2.5 to 3 grains. By the last week in September I began to feel what I describe as a 'bit off' , these feelings come and go. My partner had covid , I tested negative a couple of times. I did have a bit of cough and sore throat but that lasted only a couple

Has anyone tried pulsed electric magnetic field therapy for PMR relief?
I am having trouble tapering. Can't seem to get much below 15 mg; went down to 10 mg but still having some pain in the mornings. So increased dosage on advice of rheumy. At this rate, I'll be on prednisone for a long, long time. So wondering if anyone has tried alternative treatments to try to get

Having Crohn’s disease I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this drug and if it has proven to be effective or not? my diet is pretty limited at moment but I’m hearing that this will inhibit inflammation to allow me to open up my diet more.

My Story Up To Now
Developed RLS in my 70s. Have taken low doses of Duluxomine for 20 years to help with anxiety and depression. Am extremely sensitive to medication. I am convinced that Duluxomine is the primary cause of my RLS, and have been tapering off slowly for two years. Hope to eventually switch to bupropion, the

Severe anxiety med and glaucoma
I’ve just been diagnosed with glaucoma. I have severe chronic anxiety that is resistant to all the regular SRi SNRI and triptylines apart from 20 mg duloxetine. I can’t take a higher dose because I have unbearable side effects and I have no found out Duloxetine is on the list of tablets not to take with

Any substitute for Bupropion?
Hi All. I was on Citalopram for depression, but that made my RLS worse. So Professor Walker at Queens Square suggested Bupropion as a substitute. I have just found out from my Pharmacy that Bupropion is no longer manufactured (so they say). I e-mailed Professor Walker yesterday for another substitute

Changes at 6.5
Tiptoeing my way down from 7mg (started in Dec. 2022 at 20) to 6.5, I noticed that I no longer bruise so easily (yay!) and my allergic contact dermatitis has returned (boo). But more significantly, I feel fatigued much of the day (I've been very active) and a bit depressed (I'm usually optimistic) until
