Groin Pain
Hi So for the past few months I have had a pain in my groin on the right side that feels like a twinge every so often. This pain occasionally radiates as a dull ache to my lower back or even hips and on a rare occasion can be felt on the other side of the groin. I have been to see my GP and had a physical

GCA/PMR One Year on (?)
Hi everyone. I haven't posted on the site before but find all the questions and answers intriguing. Just over a year ago I suddenly had a very stiff and painful neck with headaches. This quickly spread to the base of my skull and I couldn't sleep at all. Tried heat, airline pillows, everything. Painkillers

I’ve been taking ibuprofen since Friday for
muscle
inflammation. I can’t take a lot of
pain
meds so ibuprofen is the only one that works. I get frequent

pain
in my upper left back. Someone on fb has said we’re not allowed to take ibuprofen? Why not? I don’t take aspirin

Feeling forced to take pain medication
For nearly 15 years I have refused to take any pain relief except from paracetamol this was mainly due to being a single parent with 4 very young boys and didn’t want to not be in control of myself or become dependent on any form of pain relief. 2 years ago I was in a really bad way regarding the amount

Test results: what is going on? Longish post and history
After I injured the
muscle
in my back the
sucked the energy out of me. I had to take prednisone for the
inflammation.
How do I feel? Hopeful.
[u]Biggest question though is should I up the dose of liothyronine?

Feeling pretty OK right now, apart from some
muscle
stiffness/
pain
, comes and goes and might be sciatic (had a herniated disc previously), and pulsating tinnitus.

Painkillers for Drain Pain
Last night I suffered excruciating drain pain through all 8 hours of dialysis this has never happened to me before. All day my stomach has felt tender and tight. I never ever take painkillers for anything but last night was horrible. Does anyone know if painkillers would help or I am open to any other

So I thought I’d share my story in the hope that it helps someone else make an informed choice if circumcision is on their radar. I’m a 40 yo male who has always had a very bad case of phimosis. Very tight foreskin that just would not retract at all and as a result was very paranoid about the appearance
