Multivitamin for pre-pregnancy in LIQUID form
Hi i have looked for days online with no joy. I need to put on weight and take a multivitamin/mineral, but cannot swallow tablets so want it in liquid form. I cannot find any that contain them all. Floradix does not have many of the needed things, and other chewable ones or fizzy again don't contain

Legs seized up
Hi i have just had a really scary experience, i was walking up stairs and both legs seized up, like cramp but much worse. I felt i had no control over them, i couldnt move. I have had leg cramps before but never anything like this. The reason i found it so upsetting is I wondered what i would have done

Can I take a multivitamin containing Folic acid?
I also have a vitamin b12 deficiency and I have found
multivitamins
containing vit B is cheaper than buying B complex on its own. The
multivitamins
contain Folic acid though and I was wondering if anyone knows if that's ok?
