High level vitamin b12
Hello. About 3 months ago I thought I should go and get an overall checkup. Had all my bloods tested. What came back was my vitamin b12 was sitting at 1100. Normal range I was told was 250-500. I don't take a multivitamin or b12 supplements. They sent me off for another blood test for b12 and all my

Judgement Day has arrived- 6 week scan.
Hi everyone. Today I'll be going to the Early Pregnancy Unit for my 6 week scan as I had bleeding @4 weeks pregnant for under 3 days. I am obviously nervous but as I feel scared I remind myself of the following; 1- I got pregnant naturally! That is a huge achievement in six years of TTC. 2- I'm heading

Heart Palpitations
Hello Everyone, I wanted to share what I have been dealing with lately and why I am so scared. Firstly I should share a little about myself. I am a 23 year old male who is really into weightlifting. By into it I mean like I take very good care of myself but meal prepping my foods and counting my calories

Candida ?
Probiotics are increasing my symptoms , i am on light diet and
multivitamins
, could all this be because of #candida over growth, been to so many hospitals they think i am mad. Dont know what to do. I am 26 yrs old male with no previous illness.

Is that all there is?
Are B-12 injections (and
multivitamins
-multi minerals) sufficient on their own to cure anemia or are other internal co-supplements generated by the body needed to reduce symptoms?

We have fertility
multivitamins
, and try to stay aware of ovulation dates...(so much for trying not to obsess over it all) I have been told i have a tilted cervix by a GP, and had a cyst on my ovary about 6 years ago- which just went away on its own...but could any of this be impacting this?

Best time of day to have B12 injection
What is the best time of day to have your B12 injection or doesn't it make any difference. I have been surviving on the usual 3 monthly GP injections and now have a small supply of B12 paraphernalia after a promise from someone to inject me and I will see how it goes using them to bloster my NHS one

Would appreciate some input on newest labs!
I went to the lab two weeks ago and got my results today (seeing hormone doctor later this week). I feel quite confused and I'd really appreciate some feedback on them (long post!) I have been on 5 grains of Thyroid-S for the past two years. Last year, I even tried raising it after labs came back: TSH

Supplements for thyroid conditions
Hi I'm a newbie. I've been taken thyroxine for the past 14 years. I started on 50 mcgs initially and after a few years had the dose increased by my GP to 100mcgs. There is a history of thyroid condition in my family. My father had hyperthyroidism and after surgery he developed hypothyroidism. My paternal

I am really lost at the moment. Don't know if I can take much more feeling like this. Stated B12 sublingual and vit D sublingual alongside multivitamin. Went back to GP for review. Not diabetic which is good. But just said I am tired all the time. He gave me iron prescription for prophylaxis. The only

B12 and rapid feeling better, and then not....
Sorry - asking more questions and a discovery. I am getting B12 injections weekly (from 2x a week) and I feel much better for a day or so, and then symptoms start creeping their way back. I am not ever symptom free - as I know this takes time. I started adding in b12 sublingual twice a day (1000 mcg

Hi guys, Wondered if Thyroid UK recommends any multivitamin brands that are of good quality and reasonable price. To support the thyroid and adrenals. Thanks!

Coughing
I have been coughing for no apparent reason for 8 months. I have finally attributed it to my bio-identical hormones which I have been taking for about 20 years. I have completely stopped taking my estrogen, dhea, testosterone and Progesterone. The cough has pretty much stopped. I was also on NTD 130
