Bladder filling quickly- help!
The original triggers seemed to be either tablets (
multivitamins
, etc.) which i've stopped taking, or things like fizzy drinks, which I've stopped drinking. However I had it two nights ago and I'd had nothing that would obviously be a trigger.

Hello, my son (5 y/o) was diagnosed with anxiety and dysregulated anger and aggression disorder about 1 year ago (children's mental health professional). He was then diagnosed with ADHD about 3 months ago (physiologist). I now have a clearer understanding that the ladder diagnosis has much to do with

Hi Sue
I take 1200 mg gabapentin but in bed, 600mg getting into bed, and then 600mg in the middle of the night. This is partly because I have mild ADHD and am quite forgetful. But I don't suffer from RLS anything like some of the poor folk on here. Also I take the following supplements . 1g of vit c. 300 mg

magnesium glycinate and pregnancy
Knowing that lots of you take magnesium glycinate, have any of you taken it safely during pregnancy? Slightly off topic as I’m enquiring for my daughter who does not have a thyroid problem but is in the first trimester of pregnancy and is only sleeping about three hours a night. I suggested magnesium

Just realised I’ve been taking my wrong vitamins 🤦🏽♀️ will it do any damage?
I literally am so annoyed with myself. I’ve just realised for the past week or two I’ve been taking Pregnacare Conception Max! Instead of my Pregnacare Pregnancy Max! The tablets are the same colour blister packet and I must have got them muddled in my medicine cupboard. I’m worried it will have done

Low FT4, Normal TSH, Fluctuating FT3
Hi everyone, Would massively appreciate some advice as my GP & Endocrinologist are not giving me answers to why my Thyroid has been underactive. All they have done is say I should take Levothyroxine 25mg. Before I do I want to try create a holistic treatment plan alongside the medication & to do that

Is there an alternative to Areds2?
I have been taking Areds2 for about three or four years, after my ophthalmologist recommended it at the beginning of my treatment for wet MD. I'm concerned about the levels of zinc (80 mg) in two pills, because I've read that the maximum for an adult is 40 mg. Because I'm 80 years old, I'm more concerned

Supplements after EC
Hi all, I've been taking co enzyme q10, omega 3, and pregnacare supplements. I had EC today and just wondering do I now stop taking the Co enzyme q10 and omega 3?? Or should I carry on until embryo transfer....or even keep taking them during the 2ww? Thanks x

Interesting discussion on supplements from ZOE
Here is a podcast or transcript of it that others may find useful in deciding what to spend their precious pennies on after an expert discusses large, long range studies. For those who have neither the time nor the brain today, it was a thumbs up to a multivitamin, vitamin D (not large doses!), omega

Got an injection, questions on supplementing
Very recent and first time B12 deficient. For those wonderful people that read and helped me on my main post, I finally got an injection! 40 male, meat eater = non-vegan/vegetarian Last B12 test was 460 pg/mL (range 200-1100) but I was supplementing for 7 days. I know I screwed up but I was traveling
