Hba1c now 43 - Prediabetic?
When I was really ill I lost 3 stone in weight in a few months as I was unable to eat or even drink a cup of tea. This was the only upside as I had tried to lose weight in the past with only moderate success. When I first started being able to eat again my taste buds had totally changed and I craved

Would anyone comment on the supplement I’m about to re-start please
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated I’m now re-introducing supplements after many weeks without them and my metavive. I’ve included a photo of my current brand but it goes only half way down the list, the rest I’ll write. What I wanted to know was, is it an appropriate one? Many of you recommend

Could sugar in skin ointment affect my diabetic blood sugar tests?
I have really bad allergic eczema on hands and fingers and have been prescribed a topical steroid - Dermovate Ointment. TAKING TEA WITH SUGAR?
Once we are diagnosed with either Type 1 or 2 we are advised among many other to say ‘no’ to sugar! It irks at times to wonder its validity, while taking medication continuously to control our sugar level, and consuming rice, bread and the like which are also ‘sugar’ though a little away in the digestion

But lockdown has helped me put about 6lbs back on 😒. So I joined a gym and decided to try couch to 5k again. First week was easy

A carb mystery!
I am diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2. The mystery is: if I eat low (almost no) carbs, my blood sugars are high and rising. If I eat high carbs (porridge and honey sandwiches), my blood sugars drop. I am quite thirsty in the afternoons. My feet are slightly numb and have been for years. My fingers tingle
