Not sure what to do!
I’m due to start Letrozole for the first time this month but my period is really late! I’ve done a test and it’s negative but I’ve started to get brown watery discharge, do I count this as my period and start the Letrozole or just wait and hope it starts properly? Don’t want to waste an opportunity

Ovulation induction
I was extremely lucky and had a last minute cancellation for NHS fertility appointment (original was for October this year - would’ve been 10 months post GP referral). It was actually a really good appointment with lots of time given to discuss options and made me feel more hopeful. I am likely to

What next? re maintenance for HGS recurrence
Would love to know if any ladies who has also been unsuccessful with Olaparib, what has been a successful maintenance for you? I’ve just got 2 cycles more of Carbo/Caelyx, min scan showed slight reduction not as good as hoped for. Only maintenance mentioned by oncologist is to go on Letrozole. I

Pregnacare before conception causing long cycles?
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out to see if others have had a similar experience to me. I've just had my first round of letrozole (unsuccessful) and have am waiting for my next cycle to start so I can try again. Unfortunately though I'm now on day 61 of my cycle, my cycles are usually 32-26 days long.

IVF newbie (question about lister and mental health)
Hello, I had a negative this cycle, my 3rd letrozole + trigger + progesterone cycle, it all seemed to look great, two follicles at 25 mm. I haven't felt this low in a while, overall mental health has been low last 15 months we are trying. We tried naturally always. I've been pregnant 3 times last year

Taking Meds in the AM vs PM
Hi I’m newly on Kisqali and Letrozole and I am wondering if anyone has feedback about whether it seems better to take these during the day or at night before bed. I’ve heard that some people prefer a nighttime dosage to sleep through any nausea or fatigue Interested in any and all experiences Thanks

Letrozole
I saw the oncologist yesterday to discuss radiotherapy and hormone therapy. The plan for radiotherapy is on hold ATM because I have an ongoing issue with a seroma on the breast and underarm. During the meeting she said she would give me a prescription for Letrozole, I told her I wasn't happy to start

Oil of Evening Primrose
I had a lumpectomy last May. It was a small ductal carcinoma which was invasive. I went on to have Radiotherapy and started a five year course of Letrozole. I developed bad joint pain and I had a month off to see if the Letrozole was the culprit. It was better but not gone. The oncology nurse suggested

'Benign' cyst removed and has turned out to be in my bones and lungs and obviously in my skin. ER, PR + and HER-. All my research tells me I am doomed as skin mets are meant to be terminal?????? My oncology team were so upbeat, started on Letrozole and Ribociclib and Denosumab. I have no symptoms
