Homeopathy for PA
Hi All, I am taking
methylcobalamin
500 mcg every alternate day from more than a month. My symptoms initially got little bit better but after 2 weeks the symptoms are getting even worse. I am not sure what’s going on . I have PA as IFA and PCA are positive. One of my friend suggested Homeopathy.

Tinnitus after beginning supplementation?
I started supplementation on 5/1 and in 18 days, I've had 12 1000mcg shots of either cyanocobalamin or
methylcobalamin
along with heavy oral supps of tablets and sublinguals. If you look at my past posts, I've had some muscle twitching, weakness, and now tinnitus.

PK protocol
Protocol The protocol is individualized but involves several key components: intravenous infusion of phosphatidylcholine and sodium phenylbutyrate, pushes of glutathione and folinic acid,
methylcobalamin
injections, and increased intake of essentially fatty acids.

Methylcobalamin tablets
Hello everyone. I have recently started talking Methyl tablets as I cannot get injections. I know that even after the injections it can take a while to recover but I wondered if anyone had found the same with the tablets? I have been taking one a day for 12 days and I have terrible Diarrhoea and bloating

Be sure to take sublingual
methylcobalamin
, an enhanced form of B12 that dissolves quickly under the tongue. Take 2,500 mcg. Vitamin C is essential for detoxification processes. Take 2,000 mg. Vitamin D3 can prevent or reduce depression, dementia, diabetes, and autoimmune disorders.

New to all this
After reading more about the different types of b12, I got some
methylcobalamin
sublingual tablets in the same dosage to see if they would be better for the mental symptoms. They seemed to be okay for a bit.

Query re B12 supplementation
When it started a few years back, I did take Solgar, Sublingual
Methylcobalamin
for about a year or so and then stopped because I read that too much B12 can be bad for you.

Is there any association with B12 deficiency and sensitivity to oxalates?
I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency last year, and taking 1,000 mcg sublingual methyl B12 since then has been a miracle. Lately I think I have discovered a connection between some of my kidney and urinary discomfort symptoms and high oxalate foods (chocolate, nuts, beans, some berries, etc.). Is there

Forms of Oral Cobalamin
No mention is made of
Methylcobalamin
. And when I search for commercially available products I find a reasonable number of Cyanocobalamins, loads and loads of Methylcobalamins, and a small number of Hydroxocobalamins. Why so few Hydroxocobalamin tablets/lozenges/etc.?

Vitamin B12 as a Treatment for Pain
METHODS: PubMed was searched using the terms “
methylcobalamin
pain”, “hydroxycobalamin pain”, “cyanocobalamin pain”, and “vitamin B12 pain.” Animal studies that identified mechanisms of action for the effects of pain were collected.

Where can I buy safe Methyl B12 for UK use?
Hi, Myself & daughter both diagnosed with B12 deficiency. She’s on monthly injections, I’m on 3 monthly, but we SI with hydro B12 in between. DNA testing did show up genetic mutations linked to difficulty processing B12, but not the dreaded MTHFR, but we need folate over folic acid etc & I wonder

Methylcobalamin
? Hydroxocobalamin? Cyanocobalamin? I like the look of buying from vitaminb12online.com as they come in kits. When I see how I get on, I will look to buy items in bulk. From the return of my symptoms I think monthly should do me. Can I do it in my tummy or thigh?
