labs results that contraindicate one another
Hi all, I’ve been having pretty constant parasthesias on both sides of my body usually worse from shoulders down to fingers, initial B12 level was 190 (was 845 four years ago). New doctor had me test for IF antibodies immediately after giving me a B12 injection which was negative and she stated

Pain on the right side near groin.
Hi there I have IBS D but for a while now I've been having pain in my lower right side near groin. It comes and goes and I have back ache on the lower right side. I had a colonoscopy 2 year ago all was ok just a polyp removed.Does anyone experience the same pain. Thank you 😊

Has anyone had stomach pain since being on Foster Nexthaler?
I'm having really bad stomach pain at night. My GP seems to think it an ulcer but 2 rounds of Lanzoprazole then Omeprazole have not helped. It's getting so I'm scared to eat and sleep. While I was up in the middle of the night last night, I suddenly thought that the onset of my stomach issues has coincided

Adding Kisqali to Letrozale treatment
It was just suggested to me to add Kisqali to my treatment of Letrozole. I am "cancer free" since I had a masectomy and everything was taken out. Are there any others on this chat with the same experience?

Active b12 versus serum b12
My Medichecks active b12 is 63.1 (range is 37.5-188) but my serum b12 tested at my gp surgery shows top of range. Should I supplement? I also have hypothyroidism. Thank you

Serum b12 V Active b12
I’ve just received my active b12 result from Medichecks. It was 63.1 yet my recent serum b12 from my GP surgery was over the top of the range. Over the years I have always had top of range serum levels . Should I supplement with vitamin b12? Thank you

Docetaxel not working so stopped
I promised I would update you after my scan to see how the chemo was progressing. Well, the main reason for the chemo was that spots had appeared in my liver. Last week's CT scan showed that the spots have grown "significantly" so the chemo is not working. Also, my liver function blood test results -

Rare diarrhoea
Would like to ask if switching from IBS c to IBS d is common. I’ve been trying to manage constipation for 40 years. I’m used to that.Yesterday’s urgency was really anxiety provoking for me. Thank you for reading.

constipation leading to Pelvic Floor dysfunction
I have IBS - C and over the years the medical fraternity have prescribed laxatives for me. I’m following a low fermentation & FODMAP diet which works well for me. However my constipation due to a lot of straining has turned into PFD which basically means my anal muscles are out of sync. Does anyone suffer

HIFU 2023 article does not seem positive
This article from early 2023 does not seem positive on HIFU. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00345-023-04352-9 I have a friend looking at HIFU in the setting of a clinical trial. He's Gleason 6 with just 1 of 12 portions of his prostate affected. Technically, he could do active surveillance

thank you
thank you everyone for all the help you gave me recently, my husband is improving but will never be better like before, but any improvement is better than how he was. I too am feeling a little better, I did go to the hospital in the end, it seems I keep getting partial bowel obstruction and it eventually

IBS-C pain at night
any suggestions? I either feel like I need to have several snacks before I can fall asleep at night (often because I’m so careful during the day that I sometimes undereat) OR I have severe bloating and constipation and pain that keeps me up for hours!

side /back and stomach pain
Edit! Ok so I didn’t pick up the antibiotics Friday as it was 50% improved . It’s still not completely gone though. Maybe not even that!? If you were to stand with your hand on your left hip /waist with thumb at back ( you know !)that gap under rib hard to explain , that’s where it is and that part

Is it the New shape of Aerobika mouthpiece causing my mouth ulcers?
Just wondering if any of my fellow chest clearance buddies are experiencing recurrent mouth ulcers ? . Think mine is due to the different shape of Aerobika mouthpiece.? My newest device comes with a sort of ‘lip’ to the edge of it …Grasping at straws here to get a reason.. Mouth ulcers are so sore!
