So I've been having a flare up for the last month or so now but for the last 3weeks I can't sleep ill sleep for a hour maybe 2if I'm lucky a night then bam I'm awake all night I can't even take a nap in the day even tho I feel tired I've tried breathing techniques

I have been doing yoga,
meditation
and exercise in between also using chamomile tea which is great when I am having problems sleeping or feeling anxious and need to relax both mind and body. Some days I feel good and some days I get anxious and nervous for no reason with panic attacks.

HRT anxiety
I have tried
meditation
and relaxing and currently trying to do studying. Struggling to adjust, also find I need to urinate CONSTANT! Anyone else have this on this HRT therapy? Really finding the anxiety symptoms difficult to endure. thank you

Going back to Dr today
And before anyone wants to criticize me about taking meds, I’m already doing yoga and
meditation
. I walk at least 3 miles (almost) every evening, and I have almost completely cut alcohol out of my system. I’m watching my diet and using essential oils. I’ve even started journaling.

The feelings back!
I’ve tried a few
meditation
websites and they help but It seems that this time of night I start with my mind racing, thoughts of nervousness and worry that something bad is going to happen. I try to calm down deep breaths it only works short time. I hate how this dictates my life!

How can I be strong for them? What if I’m not okay?
I try so hard, exercise,

, prayer, reading, healthy eating, sunshine out in nature, I don’t know what to do anymore. I look in the mirror and I don’t even know who I am anymore; it’s a scary feeling. I know the mind is powerful I should watch what I choose to focus on.

/ reflection / etc. But was looking at Martin Shaw's (the actor) story. Back in the 70's he was a hellraiser and suffered injuries and even a fractured skull in a fight - but discovered the value of
