They say
massage
works. But all it does is set mine off. I have been a
massage
therapist 13yrs. And hate that out doesn't work for my situation. I'm doing my best to stay off the drug therapies. My bath is still working after all these years. Sending healing energies to all who suffer with this.

Spleen and B12?
Hi I had my first loading dose injection yesterday, and today my
massage
therapist noticed that there seemed to be some swelling in my spleen area, and that I should tell the GP next time I'm there.

Self-Myofascial/Trigger Point Release
I've been experiencing tightness in the front of my hip after a longish run and would some form of self
massage
help in the area to recover and be more mobile for my day to day activities. Swimming did ease it to some extent but there is still a bit of tightness in there I can feel.

Internal Pain or just Muscle Cramp?
I've tried to
massage
my stomach but I can't tell if I'm helping or hurting matters more, lol! Ibuprofen seems to help. I should probably also take a half of Klonopin to calm down but I don't like taking anxiety/depression medicine. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Top home remedies to combat hair loss
Apply it to damp hair and
massage
gently. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with warm water. Make the combination of one mashed avocado, as well as banana and one tbsp of olive oil.
Massage
the mixture on your scalp and leave it in 30 minutes before rinsing it out.

Severe severe pain...where the heck do i go from here?
I have tried the endo diet, self
massage
, supplements, yoga, exercise...nothing helps much. I try so hard to hold on to hope but really, what else can i try now? Financially, we cannot afford to keep spending all our savings on pointless surgeries.

Sex and Endo - awkward talk!
I've been really trying to not worry about it as I know that'll make it worse, I've tried
massage
to relax the mood but when it comes to going any further it becomes almost awkward and fumbly because we are both so terrified it's going to hurt - him more so than me as I know if I'm having a bad day.

Hi there, I was hoping to find a deep tissue
massage
therapist who specialises in Rheumatoid Arthritis in the London area? I would be very grateful if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks very much, Matt

Chinese physical therapy
He did lots of pulling and tugging and he did acupuncture,
massage
, tens machine, magnetic treatment, cupping. He is so good and the price is great it is £40 a session no matter how long the session lasts. My first 2 visits were over 2 hours and my session yesterday was an hour and a half.

Help please
I am wondering if anyone knows what alternative therapies are available on the NHS in Scotland such as swimming in a hydrotherapy pool or
massage
, as I feel I could rattle due to the amount of tablets I am on plus more they want me to take.

Shock wave therapy
Makes a lot of sense, like a deep-tissue
massage
. There is something in this. Have a read, acoustic waves ease spasticity/pain. I'll hunt around and find more. These machines retail at $1000~ish. I'll check if my hospital offers it, but I doubt it.

What helps reduce Dyskinesia .
Right now trying to get her back up with PT and
massage
etc .. still no energy to get on the theracycle .. in fact she has the symptoms of sleepiness , where she can barely keep her eyes open. Does anyone know why ? Is it too less levodopa or a side effect of sinemet ? What should we do ?

Calf & knee pain - sound familar to anyone?
Every month I see a
massage
therapist for 60 mins which I find helps general pain management. I mentioned this to the physio and she advised me to ask the
massage
therapist to work on my left side to "release" something there (can't remember what she said was being released).

Slow and Steady means I can still run 😀
Back to snail pace and I stopped at 13 minutes to stretch and
massage
my legs a little then went in to run for a total of 35 minutes! I am now going to track just running distance which today was 3.67km so still a long way from 5k but I can live with that.
