Im completely heartbroken and my heart races on a daily basis even 3 months after break up. Don't know how to get over it.
That night she still lets me kiss up on her a little bit, not the lips but you get it, and she even had me
massage
her feet from walking around Paris made us sore. That night she was on the phone for about an hour with her friend.

W8R3 tick
I found it really boring I must say, I added a couple of minutes to compensate as it's not the same as being outdoors...but on the plus side they had a power plate, lovely
massage
and stretches for my legs.

Anyone switched from citalopram to amitriptyline?
I've tried chiropractors, physio and
massage
but nothing is helping. I've taken citalopram since 2010, my gp talked about changing my medication some time ago. I'm doing a symptom diary for the next week and will make an appointment.

Walking through fog
I have kept myself busy, treated myself to spa days, a
massage
every week so doing nice things for myself but over the last week or so I've felt myself changing. I feel numb to most things, have no drive in work anymore and feel like I'm walking through a very thick fog.

Lifestyle tips? Successful stories?
Whereas I was mostly sat at a desk writing prior to my diagnosis, albeit with the occasional hike, I have now taken a subscription at a gym and I find swimming three hours a week also alleviates my symptoms and brightens my mood. 3)
Massage
. Has eased my pelvic and lower back pain.

GP thinks it's osteo but I'm sure you can't get osteo in all joints at same time ( when knee cartledge done 4 years ago told there was no sign of osteo) very stiff joints adding to difficulty walking On going back and sacro issues and right hip - pay to see a chiropractor every three weeks for deep

Massage for Epidural Fibrosis?
I've heard a lot about deep
massage
to get rid of adhesions and scar tissue. I had a partial discectomy two years ago and have had chronic pain after two months of being relative pain-free. Has anyone had positive experience with this or any other non-surgical procedure to get rid of scar tissue?

Back! ..in more than one way
I've been rubbing arnica
massage
balm in like crazy. Took myself back to W5 R1 ( I was on W8 R2... SO CLOSE). managed it fine! relieved that the stamina had not gone too much. Legs seemed fine. Sorry to go back but happy to be running again, I really missed it. I NEVER thought I'd say that!

Hubby secured referral to Man Roy Inf but to a dermatologist?
Tonight he had spasms in his hands one at a time where it looked like cramp and he had to
massage
them. Any further help and advice would be welcome. Oh he has taken to eating bananas too. The referral is going snail mail, what my GP did.

Another symptom
In fact I often gently
massage
the areas which temporary relieves the pain. I only used to have this happen when I was v tired and used it as one of my slow down warning signs. But now it is happening more frequently, almost every day.

Foot
massage
(suppose help headache and BP?) everything complete. Yes, it even included nail polish. I told them I wanted a color as close to natural as possible. (I don't think a normal guy would look good with red or hot pink nail polish on his toes, or fingers either, as far as that goes).
