Got pred at last!
Even my neck which I thought was fused (as did my chiropractor) is fine - just some tight ligaments between the lower cervical vertebrae which explains why my neck improved dramatically after my yogi
massage
the week before last.

He is on Madopar to see if that will help the tightness in his neck, I try and
massage

How I keep my tinnitus at a manageable baseline
adding near boiling water from a glass stockpot, with one corner of the tray slightly elevated so the water goes to one corner so it’s deep enough and have the shower pump in the water which recycles the water, wash hair with camping shower leaning over a glass mixing bowl in the sink and scratch/

Had a full
massage
today which helped, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m 57 work full time, elderly parents & an autistic son, so time isn’t something I have apart from nanny napping 😴 when I can!? TIA to all who took the time to read.

Leaving herbal type remedies (along with Music, Meditation, Yoga,
Massage
, etc) looking like a good option. Wonder what some of you good people have found works for this? The article listed a few like Ginko Biloba, Lavender, Passion Flower. Thoughts appreciated! Best wishes, Andy

Is a massage ok with PMR etc?
My daughter would like to give me a
massage
as a Mothers’s Day gift and I’d love to have one but I was wondering if they are advisable, and if OK any guidance on what type is best? Is it best to avoid deep tissue massages for example? Do I need to consult my rheumatologist/GP/ physio?

dbs and massage chairs
THis might sound trival but I cannot find a good full
massage
chair which is pacemaker /DBS friendly. They all exclude people with these devices. Same goes for vibration plates. I get it, they both emit electromagnetic fields. So does my microwave and phone.

Does anyone else experience this? pain of the deltoid and trapezius muscles, possibly due to IM b12 both by PCP (monthly) and SI (EOD)
Maybe I need to increase strength in those muscles or
massage
the area after each injection. Are my muscles possibly starting to atrophy? Or maybe I’m damaging surrounding connective tissue. Any suggestions and/or information would be greatly appreciated.

gun out. I then went and hung on some scaffolding outside the house to stretch it out. I popped an ibuprofen got back in the car and drove to the stadium.

drainage
hi I started drainage
massage
last week with physio. Not really knowing what to expect. First session she massaged with hands, second later in week she used a machine which I felt was rather strong and uncomfortable. That night my legs felt very alive and hot. Is this normal.
