Night cramps 😢 and Night heat
I've tried
massage
, altering my electric bed so's raising my legs, lowering my legs, cold, heat. I am at a loss of what to do next or how to stop it happening in the 1st place. I do suffer with very low sodium levels on every blood test for years now, no matter how much salt I consume.

Pelvic Floor / Nerve / Too tight muscles
I’ve tried Epsom salt baths, self massaging internally in my anus, external
massage
they all seem to make the problem worse. This is the first time speaking anonymously in a forum about my issues and I’ve been holding back for years.

Finger Massage Ring Acupuncture Ring
I have ordered these rings today in the hope that it will improve the dexterity of fingers to some extent. Has anyone an experience of these rings?

Relaxed
I’ve had an amazing pedicure with foot and leg
massage
. Then a back and arm
massage
. Bought some pj’s and I’m currently indulging into a beautiful chocolate slice and a cuppa. I currently feel super relaxed and chilled. What will be will be tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 ❤️

Has anyone had a massage while on pred?
Pre PMR I used to have a
massage
every 3 or 4 months to free up knots etc as I worked at a keyboard & all would be OK for another 3 or 4 months. Post PMR, the massages would get rid of the pain for about an hour only.Post diagnosis & pred, the pain has gone & I've had no more massages.

As there’s no kit that I need I was thinking about a
massage
or chiropodist session. Has anyone any other ideas I could pass on to her?

Massage & yoga- calling experienced MSers
When I get deep tissue
massage
, it’s the same thing. I asked my neurologist about it, he just said it’s my body talking to itself. Do these activities make my MS or symptoms worse? Are these things to be avoided in favor of gentle stretch &
massage
? Thanks, RM

I got this respiratory essential oils preparation from the pharmacy which I can
massage
day and night. It helps me breathe better. It said thorax, solar plexus, back of the neck and foot soles. I didn’t do the feet because my skin is sensitive there. Anyway I can breathe better.

Unsolved Back Pain. Please Help
My symptoms are: pain 24/7 in all areas of my back, headaches all day everyday, all of my muscles are rock hard that message therapists can’t
massage
me (even though they try), I have muscle spasms everyday, sharp pains, aching pain, burning, and so much discomfort.

Massage
Is it correct that we can't have a
massage
and if so why? I get very stressed and find a
massage
relaxes me and I forget everything for an hour or so and I feel so much better for it . I have ET and take hydroxy and aspirin and blood pressure meds .

My anxiety from 0-100!! 😢
Also when I have a
massage
always told my neck is stiff! Have mouth ulcers on the top of mouth convinced myself it’s oral cancer 😢 now from my mouth to my brain not even thought about my painful mouth 😢 don’t know why I’ve spent my Friday night googling brain aneurism.
