Acupuncture or fertility massage to help get pregnant or help with endo pain
Hi everyone I’ve been doing so much research and I’ve been reading a lot about acupuncture and fertility massages to help women get pregnant. I’ve also read it helps a lot with endometriosis pain. I’m just curious to see if there are any positive story’s out there using theses methods? Thanks

Heart Attack Anxiety
My physical symptoms are: chest pain (not under the left breast but more so around it that can be localized and reproduced if I touch it or
massage
it), tightness sometimes that makes it hard to breathe, left arm pain (can also be localized and massaged), back pain, cramps and muscle aches pretty much

Running naked in the rain.
And now I’ve had my shower and breakfast and Just got back from Emma where I had my Sports
Massage
. It’s a good day after all. 😁 Who cares about the rain???? Not me. Feet up now with a cat or two and my crochet..... Netflix and chill. Now which cat to cuddle ???

Week 5 Run 2 completed
It was 20 degrees when I went out this afternoon and my legs were still sore from the sports
massage
yesterday so motivation was not high. I decided to do my ‘60 min easy run’ in the forest for the softer terrain.

Massage?
I had a
massage
from the physiotherapist this morning and I am now exhausted and in agony!! This happens every time I have a
massage
. Thankfully I'm not very often massaged.
Massage
is on my back, hips and neck.

Week 4 HMP done
Off to see the sports
massage
lady tomorrow as I have glute and hamstring pain since interval training last Tuesday and I want to nip it in the bud before it turns into an injury. Regular sports massages are definitely making a difference this time round, even though they do hurt soooo much.

Thai massage
I recently took a series of Thai massages and part of the
massage
resulted in pressure being applied to areas on and or close to my lymph glands. I’m wondering if
massage
like this helps to either drain the gland or help?

The gory bits. Warning extremely long post
They try carrotic artery
massage
and even pressing on my eye balls (didn't know about either of those) but eventually hook me up to the dreaded A while they go to talk to JC who is working on another patient.

Pain in calf during run.
I stretched it out and gave my calf a bit of a
massage
and managed to finish the run, much slower, with some pain in my calf. Walked to cool down. Now I have pain in my calf and having to limp. Not sure if I have cramp or have pulled a muscle, anyone else experienced this and got any advice?

A Question re: Prostate Massage Post-RT
As I occasionally still mourn the apparentl permanent loss of ejaculate, I wonder does anyone here tried prostate
massage
post-RT? I asked my urologist about it and she recommended against it (but she may have been thinking just about manual
massage
).

A glimmer of hope....
I'm tempted to treat myself to a proper sports
massage
. I've noticed that rolling my left IT Band is significantly more painful than my right.

Woohoo! Wk5 R3 done....ouch
I’ll
massage
and ice my knee, stick on a support bandage and hope for the best. I had already cut down to two runs a week, so I’ve a nice long recovery period before my 1st run next week. I’m still buzzing about completing the run though😁😁

Post-flare massage, anyone?
I feel like I’ve aged 30 years and want my old spritely body back so am wondering whether a
massage
would be useful (it may not even be sensible but wanted to ask)? Thanks in advance!

Sore Legs
If my boyfriend gave me a
massage
on my legs, would the aching go away? It’s my first week, second run.. I got to say that after my run on Wednesday, my legs haven’t stopped feeling stiff and achey. It didn’t stop me from having my scheduled run today but I am dreading the stiff feeling tomorrow.

18k- I DID IT!!
Luna very nicely gave me her version of a sports
massage
. (If she was just a bit heavier.....) Think I’m recovered now but was a bit scary. Maybe my BP dropped a bit? I’ve taken my tablet now and eaten breakfast so hopefully I’ve levelled out now.

Anyone have shortened chest muscles from anxiety/slouching?
I’ve had bad posture as long as I can remember and my chest is ALWAYS tight, and I honestly think that it 100% contributes maybe even causes my anxiety, or makes it worse, if I’m laying on one side and turn over my chest gets super tight until I
massage
my chest muscles and they literally hurt to touch

Crying in my car
Ive pushed away a loving and caring boyfriend who would
massage
my sore legs and comfort me during panic attacks. Ive pushed him away many times because i felt he deserved better than me being weak and always anxious. He needs his space but ive been really regretting my actions.

Photos of my weekend on the river.Wild swimming, a bit like antidepressants, you have to go through the pain before you get the benefits.
Swimming in cold water is so relaxing and invigorating that you emerge feeling that you have just had a wonderful
massage
. Give it a try if you can get to the seaside or a clean lake or river which is safe to swim in. An outdoor pool or city lido is just as good.
