I had a week off running last week, since I have been running I’ve had pain in my one leg (6weeks) I seen a sports therapist who done a deep tissue
massage
and stretched it out for me. (Very painful!)

Unconditional love
I’ve been thinking about clinical
massage
at home to help with the stiffness and pain in his arms and legs. Any feedback on how to find a good therapist who has experience in this field? Are doctors prescribing clinical
massage
therapy and will insurance cover it?

Adjustable bed
I’ve looked at ‘lifestyle beds’ that can move into an upright position and adjustable beds that have extra gizmos to
massage
the body to prevent bedsores etc. I’m tempted to go for a lifestyle bed but would be interested in the pros and cons and would I get the VAT back? Thanks

W2 Run3 done & dusted at last!
What more could an old lady want🤣 Happy to say the 2 day rest, cross training & self
massage
of calf muscle enabled me to go for it without any breaks. Dynamic warm up and gentle stretching afterwards with lots of water! 👍I have learned so much since joining this support group.

Meningoencephalitis Survivor
I tried every natural therapy under the sun (botox, acupuncture, cupping,
massage
, physio, even reformer pilates). Most didn't help in the long run, some giving me a day without any pain, but it would return the following morning.

Hello parkrun - I'm back!!!
For those just starting out, it's taken me 8 months of intensive exercise, careful eating, weight loss, injury,
massage
and physio to get me here. But as a 20-year confirmed couch potato, I never, ever, thought I'd be writing posts like this.

So far I have been trying to treat at home with a combination of Epsom salts baths,
massage
, stretching, magnesium supplements and essential oils. Nothing seems to be working and it is getting worse! I have routine blood tests due this week that I am hoping might flag up something as the cause.

Hospice-ask your doctor and look into it.
Music therapy,
massage
therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy (swallowing) all included. Plus a 24x7 call line. Generally you have to be within 6 months of passing but that is not an absolute. It can be extended. As times get more trying I believe they are present more. I am in the US.

Erection on massage table
Hi All, I recently had my first full body
massage
by a male therapist and felt really relaxed after, my question is it normal to get a full erection? I also leaked some pre cum too 🤦♂️ therapist was brilliant just smiled n said don’t worry, I’d like to go back but feel a little embarrassed 😞

Imbruvica
I don't want to try a
massage
because I get bruises very easily. One final note. I live in Bellflower CA and would like see if there is a system in place to actually speak to someone in person who is taking Imbruvica, like a support group. Thank you again
