Some RLS experiences which might possibly be helpful in understanding the condition
This is a herbalised
massage
oil from the Ayurveda tradition. Rubbing it into the muscles seems to reduce the over-excitation of the reflex system, and I found it very effective for many years, when added to the yoga.

Pred reduction ok so far - herbal remedies helping?
I've also been using a CBD (hempseed/cannabis oil)
massage
cream. I do feel both have some effect. Anyone else tried these or similar? (The tea tastes great anyway!)

Newbie - need some help!
The muscle group is incredibly tight and sore to the touch, no matter how much I stretch/
massage
it. I also have constipation around my period with pain in my rectum/pelvis, as well as cystitis-like symptoms at this time. I do believe this is all linked and could well be endo.

Red dots on skin
In april last year I had a sudden dull pain in my middle joint of index finger, after giving it a
massage
for a few minutes I noticed it was swelling rapidly, the pain stopped the same night but in the morning I woke up with a swollen finger.

Swollen on lower legs, ankles and feet
Iāve tried elevating them as well as
massage
and nothing seems to work... is this something I should be worried about or just keep an eye on?

Head and Neck lymphoedema ?
This can impact on eating , swallowing and speech, but simple self-
massage
, head, neck, shoulder mobilisations and breathing techniques can help reduce your swelling and improve function. The following websites have excellent video advice: Cancer Research Uk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?

The Value of a Good Compounding Pharmacist, a True Story
They included deep tissue
massage
, acupressure, a TENS machine and localized ultrasound, all of which offered her no relief and according to our conversations resulted in a worsening of her condition. Her doctor offered her no other suggestions for her condition.

Week seven blues
I want to get my gait tested but the shop it shut š¢ Iām doing all the before and after stretches we are meant to do and have a
massage
stick. I tried a salt bath which did help a little and Iāve put deep heat on before Iāve gone out haha.

Frustrated about "anxiety"
It seems like, when I see any medical professionals who DON'T specialise in FND (GPs, physios, physiatrists,
massage
therapists neurologists and even psychiatrists) they treat me like a normal human being and say I don't have psychological problems, but can identify the physical problems.
