Simple ways to control Migraines
My physician asked me to control my food, do a daily scalp
massage
, and use a dim light in my room. I didn't get a complete recovery, but I felt better after tying these.

Is this a flare?
It’s not helped by the fact that I took advantage of a free back
massage
whilst on holiday. Despite telling the masseur that I had a right shoulder injury and to be very gentle she pressed very hard on my shoulder and I think I may have a tear in my supraspinatus muscle.

Plantar Fasciitis
I have tried rest, icing, plantar, calf and achilles stretches, taping, heat, acupuncture, NHS physio (now discharged),
massage
, TENS, and a device called a Plantarcure (useless, got a refund). Of those the only ones that seem to make a minor noticeable improvement are icing and stretching.

Running & restless legs
So for me I would prefer to run every day, have a
massage
once or twice a week & sleep well instead of taking opioids which make me sick. I’m worried that I will damage my joints & that this intervention will stop working just like everything else. What are other people’s experiences?

Massage during stims
Is there any advice against getting a
massage
during stims? I have a gift voucher I need to use, but I’m currently in week 3 of down ref so should be starting stim injections next week. Thanks 😊

Blocked salivary duct.
It doesn’t last long and sometimes I can
massage
it away but it is quite painful at the time. Any advice please on home remedies? I haven’t gone down the route of seeking medical advice yet as it isn’t an emergency!

Pelvic pain for 7 years
Because my issue is severe tight muscles that cause massive pain, the wand reaches to those spots and lets me
massage
the knots out from the inside. Unfortunately, while this works for a day or two of no pain to very little pain, it always comes back.

Massage...or not?
Is
massage
a good idea, or could it cause inflamation? Should the head and neck area be avoided? Any experiences gratefully received. Thanks fellow warriors. 😊

Head ache and exhausted
I’d had a week off of work and spent it resting and had a
massage
but I feel exactly the same as before. It doesn’t seem to matter how well I sleep I’m the same level of tired. My headache is just so sharp and at times is almost like a migraine. These aren’t things I normally have to deal with.

TBI how to cope with confusion of a loved one with tbi
Another thing is he asked me to
massage
him and as i was doing so, he looked at me in shock and shouted 'who the fuck are you, why are you touching me get off me...' (he is still in hospital, just waiting for a refferal for a rehab unit). Then there's the verbal abuse and blame for everything.

He grinned and declared the town’s local ’
massage
’ parlour was his plan, “but best get a year’s membership as it would take me that long!”. Ha ha. How we laughed.

I'm 22, Male with no previous medical conditions apart from moderate shy bladder syndrome, yet this pain is so bad its ruined my life.
I also see a physiotherapist once a week to who does acupuncture and internal
massage
to try to relax my muscles but I don’t really think this helps. Since all this my life is very up and down having days of small amounts of pain and some which I feel as bad as ever.
