Constipation tip
This
massage
seems to have made all the difference! After a month of being blocked up, the Evax got the first evacuation underway. Since then the tummy massages seem to be helping things keep moving.

No more neck pain
I think it started to get better when my Step-Mom gave me an impromptu neck/back
massage
while we were standing in line at a restaurant. Then I iced my neck for 5 hours two days in a row and went to PT twice and Tada! I can hardly believe it but I am finally back to my normal.

Smile for today
Liz cut her leg in the shower this morning whilst shaving for her weekly
massage
. The carer (a sensible woman in her 40's) started gabbling on about how she could not prevent it and that she had applied a plaster and it was still bleeding and should we get her to the doctor?

Stiff Achy Neck & Shoulder Muscles
I go to a chiropractor every 2 weeks and get ultra sound therapy,
massage
, and adjustment, but I am wondering if I will ever be at least 75% better someday. This has been going on fot years. I feel this neck and shoulder muscle problem is contibuting to my anxiety.

Massage
She has a very serious piece of kit (a
massage
vibrator) which she has used on my but it's very heavy and I certainly couldn't sit and hold it for any length of time. Can anyone recommend a
massage
machine of some sort to use myself?

Hello and help please! Just joined up.
I eventually got to see a neurologist, physio,
massage
and acupuncture treatment, plus many doctors and other specialists. To no avail.

Back and ready....
We went on massive walk, bbqs, hot tub,
massage
and even allowed myself a few glasses of bubbly in the evenings it was so nice to relax, laugh and feel normal again. We have an appointment at our new clinic on the 26th and now feel excited and ready for what ever is next X

Fertility massage/cranial abdominal massage
Once the flare up had passed-I started having 'fertility
massage
'. Carried out at an Alternative health are centre - it's not an nhs service-I paid £70/hr session and had one a month. I have not had pain for ONE YEAR!! Try it-if you can afford it. Deeply relaxing too.

Referral pain
I have been encouraged by my
massage
therapist to ask my neurologist or family doctor to refer me to a Rheumatologist because I already have some of the markers for Fibromyalgia, this does run in my family, so I have learned recently.

Better than foot wraps? I think so... :)
I searched for
massage
devices that can reach these muscles that are less expensive than the Restiffic. There are so many! Most of them claim to work by rolling or putting pressure on these two muscles.
